I love Airtable!
What do you like best about the product?
They add new features all the time and it's just really flexible, it can be used for soooo many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very high expectations, because it's wonderful, so if I can't do something I get annoyed. But that's not fair really!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to track all sorts of tasks and projects. I use forms and synced tables and automations.
Makes managing large events and initiatives easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaborative aspects. My boss and I co-manage student activities, and having a stable source we can both access for attendance and planning is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, tables won't update fast enough to keep us both truly on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving storage space on our computers, keeping spreadsheets centralized, and saving ourselves the "where is that file" scramble.
AirTable makes task management easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a more advanced version of Excel and Google Sheets. We used it for task management and project management. It was easy to use, easy to understand the tasks and updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike! It's always performed well for my needs.

If you're looking for a user-friendly program for task and project management then AirTable should be your go to!
The peak of no-code!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has turned out to be way more brilliant than I thought it'd be. The fact that you can actually integrate it to Firebase (Backend DBs) is super useful. It helps have faster go-to-market time for features while building them on a no-code tool. Also, certain basic automations of Airtable completely remove another step and cost-center of integrating Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync between two bases, of the same workplace, is practically absent. This is definitely one place, where sync could do more in terms of the utility of tools, and the scope of applications that can be built using Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building our Inventory Management tool over Airtable. The Operations Dashboard had been a backlog from Q1. We have now built a very comprehensive Ops Tool for our Inventory, with Airtable. And we have also been able to connect our Backend based on Google Firebase, via Airtable - which bridges the gap between the no-code and code.
Great way to assimilate information
What do you like best about the product?
I use this platform to assimilate information gathered from other platforms and I like that I can combine information from different forms into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing out the information is complicated - especially if you want it printed in a certain way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering information from our multiple online forms into one table.

Airtable has just about every feature you could imagine from a project management/publishing standpoint, as well as complete customization abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything I don't like at this time.

Keeping track of our thousands of pieces of content.

Organization and practicality
What do you like best about the product?
Your organization helps a lot in detailed and complex prospecting processes, your various filters and forms of organization help to visualize the companies I'm in contact with and with whom I've already scheduled a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had any problems with the platform. In fact, it's not that simple to organize everything, but with well-defined processes, everything becomes clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized the prospecting process and increased scheduled meetings by 45% as it streamlined my work

I love Airtable! Maybe the layout can be more user friendly especially when it comes to setting up filters.

Powerful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes it easy for us to collaborate with both internal and external resources on projects. We use it for controlled release programs with our customers but also for key internal activities that cross departments

It's a little hard to manage collaborators across multiple bases but the benefits far outweigh any negatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us support controlled release programs where we can collaborate with our customers and our customers can collaborate with each other easily. We can track the status of their testing and reviews and customers can see what each other are testing and encountering. It is far easier than managing email threads or multiple status calls (we still do calls, but less frequently than before Airtable)
