The peak of no-code!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has turned out to be way more brilliant than I thought it'd be. The fact that you can actually integrate it to Firebase (Backend DBs) is super useful. It helps have faster go-to-market time for features while building them on a no-code tool. Also, certain basic automations of Airtable completely remove another step and cost-center of integrating Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync between two bases, of the same workplace, is practically absent. This is definitely one place, where sync could do more in terms of the utility of tools, and the scope of applications that can be built using Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building our Inventory Management tool over Airtable. The Operations Dashboard had been a backlog from Q1. We have now built a very comprehensive Ops Tool for our Inventory, with Airtable. And we have also been able to connect our Backend based on Google Firebase, via Airtable - which bridges the gap between the no-code and code.
Great way to assimilate information
What do you like best about the product?
I use this platform to assimilate information gathered from other platforms and I like that I can combine information from different forms into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing out the information is complicated - especially if you want it printed in a certain way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering information from our multiple online forms into one table.

Airtable has just about every feature you could imagine from a project management/publishing standpoint, as well as complete customization abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything I don't like at this time.

Organization and practicality
What do you like best about the product?
Your organization helps a lot in detailed and complex prospecting processes, your various filters and forms of organization help to visualize the companies I'm in contact with and with whom I've already scheduled a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had any problems with the platform. In fact, it's not that simple to organize everything, but with well-defined processes, everything becomes clearer.

Organized the prospecting process and increased scheduled meetings by 45% as it streamlined my work

I love Airtable! Maybe the layout can be more user friendly especially when it comes to setting up filters.

Powerful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes it easy for us to collaborate with both internal and external resources on projects. We use it for controlled release programs with our customers but also for key internal activities that cross departments

It's a little hard to manage collaborators across multiple bases but the benefits far outweigh any negatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us support controlled release programs where we can collaborate with our customers and our customers can collaborate with each other easily. We can track the status of their testing and reviews and customers can see what each other are testing and encountering. It is far easier than managing email threads or multiple status calls (we still do calls, but less frequently than before Airtable)

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool for cross collaboration. I love that you can tag other members to notify them of updates and it is all housed in the same thread. It also helps to be able to go back and refer to the status/progress of the project so you have a pulse on when it should be completed. Cross collabroation and project management has become so much easier with airtable. I use it with different teams for different project work but it makes a much more seamless process when collaborating on projects. There is also a calendar feature so if you are working on a content calendar etc this is great to know when things are being published.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to include email threads as an upload in airtable so when some conversations happen over email, they aren't easily translated into airtable. It can also be quite a learning curve and adjustment, so it would be nicer to be a little more digestible for the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helpd solve cross collaboration and project management. Say goodbye to horrible excel spreadsheets that you have to work from. This is well-organized and sets you up for communication success. It makes projects much more transparent and easy to work on together and not have to constantly be asking a co-worker for an update or insight into their progress. It is great to communicate client input at well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend it if you are working on projects with multiple teams or want to stop working out of excel documents. This was a game-changer!

When we first got started, we found that we needed more storage space.

A smooth work environment has been created with the help of an effective software for managing time. Whenever we forget to do something, the reminders and calendars keep us on track. This will allow us to develop strategies for the future with improved outcomes. The photos, contacts, inbox, and work schedule have been updated, leading to improved outcomes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to improve your CRM software, you should examine and think about new potential clients. You could include a graphic editor to improve the workflow.
