A little-known great app for organizers, large offices and business planners
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great application for project organization, you can easily plan all processes, you can assign staff, people can filter the tasks assigned to them, other filtering options are very wide. I can say that it is the best project management program I have used so far. I can say that there is no limit to the program, it has a very wide flexibility of use. It also attracted me as I am a person who attaches importance to design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no limit to your actions, but until you want to add maps. It does not allow adding maps. Language options should be developed, Turkish language options should be added, otherwise it will be more difficult to spread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful for project organizations, it allows me to work on the same file with people and follow them. I can keep processes under control

What do you like best about the product?
I love Airtable; it is excellent with databases. What I like the most is that you got to see your databases in different views so everyone in my team can choose to read the information in their most preferred way. I love the way you can filter your data by group. Also, it is intuitive and friendly. The free version has a lot of activated functions which is great. I have to mention that I love the way you can integrate it with different apps and developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had trouble with automation; probably it is because they have just implemented them. I hope automation will work better. I also think that the paid version is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for several purposes: content calendars, managing activities for different employees, and as a client database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is excellent, don't doubt it. I love the explore section. It gives you a lot of ideas on how to use it.

Great Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great options to accomplish what you need. It can serve a purpose for so many needs. I have even created a personal account for personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing at first. Some of the functions can still be confusing, like connecting to different apps and whatnot. Connecting different tables can be confusing. They could improve the way the bases, tables, and views connect with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep track of projects and tasks as well as help store data.
AirTable for church and ministry work
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable has allowed our church campus organization to share documents and information on our ministry work in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to the interface as it incorporates various platforms (Google Drive). After some doing, it gets easier.

Trying to share information and data with many members and volunteers. It has allowed our campus team to share information and direct links to necessary documents and resources in one location.

It is a great tool for an organization to set up shared feedback and be able to access documents and resources in one spot.

I like the fact that your colleagues can easily see what you have added to air table.

Adding formulas and doing computations is a little fickle and sometimes doesn't work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was super easy for our team to create a shared formed that we had to send out to potential suppliers
Good for large-scale project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the platform is to organize your projects exactly how you need them. Additional workflow features like request submission forms are really helpful as well when collaborating with a large team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you can't get very granular with the project tasks and to-dos in order to break down the projects into more manageable tasks. I pair Airtable with Asana to be able to break down my project management more, with using Airtable as an overview and way to collaborate with the rest of my company (5,000+).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With several teams creating content for all of our different products and business areas, collaborating and transparency with our content is key. Airtable helps us get insight into what everyone else is working on, keep an up-to-date content inventory, and streamline workflows across teams.

Everyone who loves using Excel would love using Airtable, as there are so many easy customizable options and it is very handy.

Due to its flexibility, you need to work a bit to get the hang of it and really be able to use the features.
Sometimes it can be bothersome when you use templates to get rid of all the demo data.

Lists. I love doing lists with Airtable, as it keeps them tidy and very manageable.
Quick and Simple Way to Collaborate with Team
What do you like best about the product?
I work in a field where I complete a portion of a task, and then am required to submit my completed portion to another team member. AirTable makes it quick and easy to do so, as the form provides all of the information necessary for me to relay to them. There is no longer any back and forth via email, or pesky phone calls to clarify any missing info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, having to fill out required fields can be a little challenging - especially when all tasks do not "require" them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had to print off separate forms and then separately forward that form to the next team member. Often times, the form didn't have all required information, so there would be confusion in the process. With AirTable, I am able to provide all info necessary - no extra emails required.
