Simple application

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to get around, register and also open in our accounting application. It synchronizes with QB, and also meanwhile we monitor the working time of every task and also certainly will issue invoices from QB. Our jobs DB has all of the info you will need at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timer function is a great idea, but badly done - in case I work with a job for five days, I get five lines rather than merging them in 7 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before learning about the Airtable, our designers saved the time of theirs in an Excel file, which subsequently had to get physically summarized and also invoiced. Airtable saved a large amount of time on posting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to take a moment to completely realize Airtable, because in the beginning it's not simple to operate, but if you realize it, you are going to see it's a great tool for budgeting and checking the needs of yours.

Easy to implement and use tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to function exclusively in Excel which while that's cool and all, we end up with competing copies of files almost continuously. Airtable is simple to use and regularly upgrades its functionality. I do appreciate that they continuously refresh the app and include new choices for widgets. I've been able to manage email scheduling, stat logging, and more using Airtable. I am not a big Excel or database user, and so you're happy to use Airtable with that nice gui. The interfact and the overall performance are really good. In comparison, the onboard modal of the consumer floating down the page is very pleasant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I surely understand that all the positive things are part of the premium plans. There are some restrictions, but they are mostly limited to the form upload option for our purposes. The automation is limited to customers inside the subscription package, which is a daunting challenge for what we try to use but alternatives exist. The technical plan price is, I think, pretty costly. Also certain free user applications may be enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest issue with the everyday organization, management of tasks, and those lists or goals for the future I need to organise, is freedom and ease of arranging and reorganization in line with my desires. the greatest advantage, I believe. In particular when we have no computer access Airtable made it easy to access our documents/information. We were able to get consumers to use Airtable to better control what they do. Drag & Drop Functions are very useful for modifying schedules. We will have several users experimenting with the tables at the same time as it is updated in real time so that the guesswork is taken from who changes what and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check it. Test it, test it. The best part of Airtable is to experiment with it in advance to see if it will do what you like. One of the best things I can think when handling my stuff is the community feature in the database.

What do you like best about the product?
how flexible and easy to adjust it is, really malleable for all businesses and use cases.

The onboarding process is a little hard but definitely worth it.

Beautiful and intuitive interactive spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature is the ability to edit and change the view options of the data. This includes filtering content into groups and also the advanced 'sort data' features.
I also like the different display colour options for multiple entries, which all makes it easy to read large amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using functions in the cells is not intuitive. It is difficult to understand and there are limited functions compared to other spreadsheet software.
The sharing of database files could also be improved. As Admin, I need to create separate 'workspaces' for each group of users. It would be easier to share individual databases, which I recommend to the otherwise superb AirTable package.
The 'Bases' (additional modules) are expensive, very clever, but they are also quite overwhelming in their choices and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work we use AirTable to capture survey data using the 'Form' display function. My colleagues complete a form and it populates the database automatically, bingo!
We also use it for our staff records, to manage contact details, birthdays and other HR content. Likewise, for our contact database of customers and partner organisations. So a bit like a traditional CRM database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Airtable for an attractive content manager, or database-light. Try out the Blocks features before buying. Make the most of the filter view options. Use it to capture forms.

Airtable reigns supreme!

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a blessing in allowing us to create endless private views to share with our clients. The ability to filter down to private information and have that updated live for them saves us so much time. It has reduced the amount of emails we have to send back and forth and increased our productivity to no end. Our clients also love the ability to review their information at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have found to Airtable are very specific requirements to our business that our out of the norm. There really is nothing to dislike and the support team are amazing at working with you to help implement your information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a Music Entertainment Agency and use Airtable to store all of our artists information, record and display their availability, build out contracts and all related information and automate the entire process through the built in Airtable automations or 3rd party software such as Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
You can link data entries across different sheets, which makes this function as a more agile database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly cannot think of any, namely because I am still getting situated, but will definitely update my review when I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to crossreference files & folks' data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a bit of a learning curve, but taking time to do the tutorials & exploring the Airtable Universe helps you get situated.

We love the survey feature in Air Table!

What do you like best about the product?
Air Table has been an incredible space for us to organize our leads data base and keep track of records. We have really enjoyed the survey feature, and have created several beautiful forms & surveys that once filled out directly update to that client's record base. We can embed these surveys/forms directly into our online course work or emails to clients and these results are automatically applied to that client/lead record. To be able to hold one set of contact in a leads base and one set of contacts in a client base has been extremely helpful to keep our workflow organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really enjoy if you could link records across bases without also needing to match columns field by field. So far, I have not found it to be extremely user - friendly as a task manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved our application & onboarding process which has lead to increased sales. We have also used Air Table to better support our existing clients. We are also working on a 'hiring base' to track and organize our hiring procedures and applicants.

Great project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides all the requisite updates on whatever project you are on. It has helped me join different teams in my company to get a better picture about who is focused on what. Airtable is simpler to implement. I had no issues from purchasing to launch. No sort of mistake that we have had has caused us headaches and choose to avoid using it quite the reverse. It has higher functionality and ease of use relative to other applications. Quality tech increases the sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is restricted to integration with other applications, so I find it hard to drag and drop data often. In addition, the smartphone application also does not run at the same pace due to too many possibilities and functions, and I have to restart the software again, which is really inconvenient again. It was often really sluggish to upload contents to the tablets, but then it was easier for the site itself and our workers were able to get a decent job. I think that due to the strong competitiveness between platforms and their prices, they will add software or features that makes the job simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He helps us in all the content preparation that we had with Airtable in a crisis and it's not a challenge, it's multifunctional and I agree that it's more successful than Excel. Its visually enticing platform induces your learning. I feel more relaxed linking my team with its smartphone application and I can upgrade it quickly from anywhere. I wanted a tool for data transparency and for making the right business strategy and Airtable offers me both because of my excessive travel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest this method to make the tasks easier to handle. It provides comprehensive storage for your data and you can also store the details on your cloud because of its incorporation with social networks such as Facebook. Its appealing platform will allow you to learn more every day, provide you more governance and organisation through the resources that it offers, and it is definitely much better. I continue with Airtable. I stay with Airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
That it can be used for so many different things and is so easy to use. We can have it linked to other programs so the information can be shared easily. We have replaced a lot of our excel spreadsheets with airtable because it is easier to use for what we need. Everyone on the team can use it quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like airtable, there isn't anything that I can think of that I don't like about it at the moment.

We use it for anything that needs a spread sheet and it also talks with other systems we are using so it helps a lot

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has replaced a number of software tools I was using in my business, reducing multiple subscriptions for products I no longer need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many options in Airtable - which is also a like, but sometimes confusing with the all the options available, particularly in blocks, now called apps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use airtable to manage daily client support requests for web support/development. Its great to be able to build a custom solution that suits exactly how I like to work. All requests are managed with priority, status and on completion used to create a job sheet for client billing. The requests can be viewed as a Kanban and it works well on mobile devices as well for using in meetings.
I also use it to data analysis/management/cleanup jobs for clients, plus preparing data imports for website uploads.

If you use a spreadsheet - take a look at airtable.
