Airtable's biggest fan!
What do you like best about the product?
You can build (almost) anything in Airtable. In my two most recent roles, I have introduced Airtable as a flexible platform that could help create a centralized hub of information that allows both internal and external collaborators work together better. Whether it be for content management, customer management, or event management- Airtable is incredibly versatile, easy to learn, easy to teach, and always evolving to better serve its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable's automations and interfaces are still evolving, and can be a little difficult to learn how to use if you aren't lucky enough to have access to a customer success manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable as an integrated event management system for a performing arts center, connecting with a CRM within our base, a content calender, etc. It has become a one stop resource for our organization.
A Nice Product That Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Airtable for the ease of use it grants myself and members of my team that need to share information amongst various departments and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I need to Youtube instructions on how to work our functions and other intricate details for formatting information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the issue of keeping multiple dates, budgets, and information about teams from being lost in an avalanche of data.
A Platform to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Airtable is able to keep our information in a tidy space, while being easy to navigate with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new monochromatic color that Airtable uses for its logo, bring back the fun color!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the problem of our information being scattered between different teams, now we have a single platform where we can all share and process information.
AirTable has been nothing but good for our company.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to have all information in one place with the ability to easily cross reference data. Interfaces are the biggest upside as it helps our non-technical users digest all the information at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interfaces could be more customizable. Right now it's very customizable, but there are certain limitations I run into here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to manage the status of many clients when onboarding them on our products which has been a big help to get the overall picture.
Airtable: Powerful, Simple, and Flexible—But with Limits
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers an excellent combination of features, simplicity, and ease of use. It’s intuitive enough to get started quickly while still powerful for more complex needs. Recently, we needed to create a customer-facing portal so clients could view specific data. We built the portal over a single weekend, and it exceeded the customer’s expectations for that project. The speed and flexibility Airtable provided made the entire process seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be steep, especially as your usage grows. The 200,000-record cap can also be limiting for larger projects. Additionally, it would be great to have more robust interface design options and for the platform to be more mobile-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of organizing, managing, and sharing data in a way that’s both flexible and user-friendly, without requiring deep technical skills.
A useful database tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the power of Airtable to allow our team to collaborate and manage data on the many ways we interact with our audience. I especially appreciate being able to connect contacts across bases. In our organization, we use forms a lot as a way to register for events (both in person and virtual) and I appreciate how seamlessly Airtable helps us create outreach lists from our database of contacts, track which of these contacts register for the meeting, and allows us to collect and save information on these contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the updates to forms that allows us to embed links and increase the formatting potential of these forms - this was lacking in the old forms. The features I would most like to see added are:
- A way to attach calendar invitations to automations (so that when people register for something, it can be added to their calendar, whether Outlook, gmail, etc)
- Better options for adding logos and graphics to forms, both the size of the file allowed and ability to edit its appearance on the page. We often have a background image that's good for this, but the file size is very limited and then we are unable to adjust it's positioning on the page, so the text is often cut off at weird places.

Airtable helps us collect, save, and use data on our customer base. We're also working on how to better use it to manage our time as a team. I would like to explore more project management tool options.
Easy, Reliable and Effective!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable is its ease of use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes data management feel approachable even for those without technical backgrounds.
Another standout feature is its speed and accuracy — creating, updating, and filtering records happens in real time without lag, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient.
Finally, Airtable is an excellent low-code solution. Its built-in automations, integrations, and customizable fields allow you to create powerful workflows without needing deep programming knowledge. You can quickly prototype, test, and deploy solutions that would take much longer in traditional database or spreadsheet tools.
Overall, Airtable delivers a great balance between simplicity and power, making it an ideal platform for teams that need flexibility, speed, and minimal learning curves.

What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. The tool is awesome, maybe adding live sync to grab data from an online excel workbook or a excel workbook on premise?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analytics and mass reporting.
Keeping Projects and Programs on Track with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been an incredibly useful tool for our team. What I like best is how streamlined it makes our workflow so everyone can stay updated on projects, track large student numbers, manage events, and even oversee entire programs all in one place. It keeps our information organized and accessible, which saves time and reduces confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I find challenging is utilizing Airtable’s integrations. While I know these features can make the platform even more powerful, I just need to dedicate more time to learning how to set them up effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With staff working in different buildings, Airtable keeps us connected and aligned. We’re able to share real-time updates, avoid duplication of work, and make quicker decisions, which benefits both our team and the people we serve.
Tracking jobs, costs, and trends
What do you like best about the product?
Having my data available to monitor the health of my business
What do you dislike about the product?
Some formulas have to be manually updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have job costing information at my fingertips. I created a dashboard to display the information as current month, last month, and year to date. I can monitor trends to determine the health of the company.
Fantastic scaleable software that is as easy as a piece of cake, and as flexible as a rubber band.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to use Airtable for almost every aspect of getting my business off the ground. We can have many people working on the same records without confusion. It was super easy to implement, and the customer support has quickly helped us the few times we've needed them. The automations and integrations are phenomenal and have totally changed the way we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Airtable is that it (at least our plan) isn't HIPAA compliant. Our industry is increasing the amount of compliance we need, and Airtable isn't keeping pace with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that was super flexible since we were a new business and this was the first time we've ever done anything at this scale. This gave us a way to try out different ways to optimize our processes and change things on the fly.
