Ability to collaborate online to create reports
What do you like best about the product?
I can't pick just any thing. I appreciate the flexibility to get any task done, be it a scheduled meeting, content plan, or newspaper research. I like the ability to insert images directly into the boxes. I loved the community type, features, and views! There are so many ways to handle and visualize the same information!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no problem using AirTable, but we definitely need to spend more time understanding and improving how we link data in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Power: Airtable gives us the ability to combine different types of data that allow us to centralize everything.

Once you know the instructions, everything else is in place when you are using Airtable.
Excellent for team project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing and working on projects in one location is truly easy. It is particularly helpful to have all the information in the cloud in order to log in on various devices and have all the information there. The grid format can be alternatively between a grid and a group or filter, according to requirements, and can therefore be very flexible and customised for your specifications. Within this software, we monitor all of our sales clients, agreements and supplies. It was very convenient for everyone to collect from the computer due to its easy-to-use visual interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may at times be difficult to connect or refer to certain cells when creating equations, depending on what you are looking for. Airtable can easily connect various sheets in a logical format, so it would be harder if you do anything about it. You would be more innovative with applications such as Google Sheets or Excel. It may take some time to assemble your database from a blank blackboard, but there are also templates to help KickStart your project. We have encountered mistakes when opening the request in very unusual situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to trace sales, partnerships, customer duties and other relevant data from Airtable. It also enables us to know the status of the tasks without returning to the email. We use a separate budget tracker for all facilities, so that we can enter and consistently visibly record our respective expenditure against the budget of the fiscal year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set user permissions correctly, as overwriting or deleting data is simple. It certainly deserves to be explored and there is a number of features available for the free edition. You can escape using Excel or sheets, so you can go to Airtable if you want some visually more friendly software.
Such a powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that documents can be linked in Airtable, so there is a place where you can get all the information I need. Instead of all in parts between different folders and platforms, documents are directly linked to the database. I also like that you can easily share it with others and use it to collaborate on projects, which is a very important advantage you have in an office that continues to function remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any complaints yet. I was looking for a place to organize information or projects, and that allowed me to do just that with the added benefit of linking external documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had an incredibly positive experience so far. I was looking for something like that, but I didn't know it really existed. I use Airtable to organize so many things and it allows me to do this and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is exceptionally vivid and coordinated, making it a great visual classification tool. Many alternatives are particularly useful in ordering things and in viewing the gallery. It is especially good to maintain joint records, which can help you arrange all the information, without the need to establish a table or table that complicates your work. It is very good to maintain all the information arranged to track quickly and easily. It has very helpful and intriguing functions for editing your papers, such as inserting pictures, plays control panels to keep you updated on the progress of the tasks or goals you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost so many choices and the tiny way to use them. It can still be too complex, so it is a wonderful tool if you know how to navigate. For users who are professionals working with a strictly based tablet software, the features are determined to adapt them to the broader experience in the way that this tool is used to manage the information. I would like to argue, therefore, that the rigorous levels of permissions provided to clients do not have complete access to a resource or simply see it without any editing or sharing opportunities, making the control of a resources or project somewhat inflexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects and materials that have been classified in special projects have been remarkable. We found out how much simpler it was to maintain the correct projects in all our materials together. Since I use, it has aided me in organizing my work. I was able to execute with higher efficiency day after day, following all the tasks that are suggested for the Week or for the projects in which I work in my company, since I can design a planning process easily through the functions provided. The use of blocks has strengthened our company workflow, making our teams effective in decision-making and in teamwork.

More than a table creation tool, this software provides functions to manage and design projects and activities on a new level with distinctive corporate properties, which respond to all kinds of information entered. It is perfect for projects with various kinds of related materials/documents, still good for any project. At all times, Airtable offers the best experience and quality.
Perfect for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows us to consolidate a large number of programmes. All of our files are combined and by having one programme, we can reduce costs. We found several uses for various view options so that you can use different views outside Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot share the database through a public URL because it is convenient for people to compile and organize public and information resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor customer relations and advertising. We also use Airtable to monitor team progress and class development contributions.

Note the user friendliness and clean interface. For data and project management, Airtable is a great solution.
Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
For a range of business and personal purposes that run for at least five years, including project administration, inventory, contact management and cataloguing, I've been using Airtable. I like the multiplicity and collaboration skills, in particular the ability to create various kinds of forms that can be adapted to your audience using custom websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not worth linking between databases; form data must be transmitted to multiple locations. I believe you rely too much on software bugs for Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We maintain lists and organizational diagrams of board members and committees. I can track projects/events with it too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it's simple to use and the interface is clean. AirTable is an excellent data and project management solution.
Advanced customization capabilities with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it’s an option that allows me to control the database in a wider variety of ways. I also like the interface, which is very simple and can be manipulated by any user without any problems— there's a very good file attachment system. And I was surprised by the Excel spreadsheet - based format in my present situation because it allows me to develop a creative and innovative workflow as well as a software that is potent: it lets me send proposals and changes to certain projects that any partner can revisit and edit at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is simple to use but can be messy and confusing when multiple projects are required. Sometimes a section is better than the others. Other times, it may be difficult to tell what is old or new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can better organize content between myself and members of my team with a roadmap. It simplifies and enables everyone to contribute to downloading content that we want to share with others.

Irritable facilitates survey creation, planning, sharing documents with other employees or even clients! If you have irritable, you can do it.
Great communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
We liked the surveys function very much, and produced breathtaking views solutions and tests that quickly after completion update the customer record. These research studies will be incorporated directly in to function of our customer or contacts and then these results can be added to the customer's / lead database directly. It helps us a great amount of time while processing and reviewing confidential details live. We have reduced the amount of e-mails we have to send and our quality has continuously increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
AirTable's only disadvantages are very special and unusual parameters. By fitting field tables, I want be capable of connecting the records between bases. In aims to assist you integrate your data, supporters connect marvelously. I don't like it. I also do not like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to store, trace and display all customer and employee records, develop contracts and relevant material, and automate the process by optimizing the Airtable or application of such third party apps like Zapier. Peoples implementation and onboarding have improved and sales were up. We use AirTable to more effectively support our existing customers. We continue to track and organize our hiring and application systems.

Excellent organization solution for multiple projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The graphic features are outstanding and quick to transfer. We will get a number of views on scheduled work and work in progress. Often I like a calendar or a Gantt map, so that Airtable keeps things versatile and responsive. I also want to be integrated with Zapier to simplify the functions, save us a lot of time and a chance for error It has to be double entries for our operations on various networks and infrastructure frameworks. I am very pleased that it will act as a medium for business customers and our databases, such that, through differing skill sets and degrees of familiarity with relational databases, we can all operate on the same Framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Airtable there is a reasonably important learning curve since there are as many features and advantages of careful mapping. I really like to clean and evaluate data using Excel, as the commands look easier and more intuitive than the compilation and conversion of data into Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable lets our team set tasks and times to ensure that we can all keep track of our success against the group's goals. Many people in our group are easy to use so we don't have to wait too long to read the instructions or do several checks and making a mistake in setting-up and running our project. Airtable helps us to merge a large number of technology platforms and separated data to one platform which saves costs and makes the processes simpler to execute, as we just have to make those improvements in a Single Platform infrastructure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable should help the team remain operational and more informed every day about community events. Any of the original field tasks you need to study the Airtable concept models sooner. Airtable operates well with proper preparation, managed visualization and a dedicated administrative person for tasks/processes. Its learning curve is high enough large to allow us to use and implement Airtable in an internally important way, until we could comfortably modify and/or demolish our current internal processes.
I love it for its simplicity and functionality

Facilitates global communication - chatting is simple and telephone and voicemail integration makes the solution unique and easy. You can chat with colleagues in one app, access voicemail from anywhere in the world and use your Internet telephone service. You can also access the Chat Function on the go with a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any drawbacks while using this solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For regular calls, I avoid using email. I know when there is someone and can quickly and efficiently answer my questions. These benefits are derived from improved communication and cooperation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use this product so easily that you can start it immediately. Groups and working with our WebEx customer are very easy to arrange meetings.
