Intuitive and Simple Online Spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is real-time and can be easily collaborative. I have weekly meetings where my team makes changes and updates while we're all reviewing our projects - and it reflects instantly on Airtable. Helps organize all of our projects - and makes the workflow more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better document editor. They just recently rolled out a markup tool for attachments - but it's a pain to make a change to an Excel document and then have to reupload the file to keep it the latest. There is some functionality with Google Drive, but I haven't explored that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly project management. We had so many projects for product development - and we didn't have a very good tool for keeping those on target. Airtable has made the process transparent for upper management - and let's us be more efficient.
Endless potential and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to sync tables and share views. the automation feature is very useful, and having apps that can show your data in so many different forms/context via a dashboard is invaluable when working across a wide range of tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the apps are unable to shrink to fit beside the table. I like to view both simultaneously, and it's frustrating to have to go back and forth between table & app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've tried a number of project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello), but simply can't customize them to give me the analysis views I need (not without upgrading to a pricey enterprise plan).
I am able to slice and dice my data - programs, projects, tasks...you name it - in a way that works for project management, assignment, tracking, system integration & automation, *contextually*

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Knowledge of relational databases and their uses will get you running with Airtable in next to no time. Without that knowledge, it can be a learning curve that becomes overwhelming but not insurmountable by any means.
Great database platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Good customer support and a helpful community that is always growing! The automations function is also really useful for us, a non-profit organization working on a tight budget. Airtable also provides a discount for Non-Profits which was really helpful to us as it is really affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on functions - some functions are still missing, the team at airtable are constantly improving the platform but these features roll out slowly. Hope to have more frequent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great database for managing large datasets in real time. The UI is easy to use with some training. This platform works well with other partner applications and with some automation, we are able to create complex process flows.

I used Airtable as a sales leader to quickly create product feedback for the product org. It was seamless and easy to use!

Nothing! I feel as though the product was very intuitive and easy to use.

I think all organizations should use it for task management and to stay on timeline.You can look through all the templates to try to find one that best fits your needs with your organizations.
Beautiful user interface and great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very flexible and beautiful other than that it is a very powerful project management tool. I can easily manage and develop my reports thanks to its helpful features which anyone can use with ease. Previously I was a user of excel but I was amazed by the features of Airtable now it is my go-to management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great tool but it also feels more costly to get the premium features other than that there is nothing I dislike about Airtable.

Airtable helps me to schedule, track and organize my project. It also helps me to filter the data and manage the budget.

Produces spreadsheets assign workflows to individuals, and manages their work in teams. This allows you to work with multiple people in a file in different workspaces and workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't have a customizable template, so I suggest you take a look at it and identify the ideal factors for your needs.

Airtable helps us to find ways to handle complicated tasks like developing new products.

Think about what you want to do with it just before the ascent. During the trial period, you have the option to use all premium features.

Amazing tool! Currently with Airtable I have a hundred projects and I manage all my shipments with this tool. It is simply a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just want it to sync with Outlook. It would be nice to sync your contacts, calendar, and emails on a project-by-project basis.

We use it every day to manage all projects from the Airtable administration panel since it is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable in every work area of our organization and it has taken us very little time to become familiar with the interface and features of this product, we use it mostly to manage tasks on a daily basis, store important documents, collaborate among teammates and track progress on projects. I love being able to have everything I need to accomplish my tasks and work as a team in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have with this product is that it does not have communication tools, I would like to be able to have internal communication through Airtable without having to resort to third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is incredible how efficient Airtable has been in sending, sharing and managing information collaboratively, our work teams have been able to move forward together productively in the fulfillment of each task to the planned objectives without loss of time. We have experienced collaborative efficiency, constant tracking of our progress and increased productivity by working in an organized manner with Airtable.

Airtable is a product that does not put up resistance to use, on the contrary it grants many facilities and is fantastic for task and project management, as well as for fostering collaboration among teammates and monitoring the progress of projects to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility that the platform offers, you can easily customize the experience to better support you and your team's goals, KPIs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calculations are limited and/or not intuitive. Coming from Google Sheets/Excel I had a certain level of expectations for the calculations/formulas I could run within the table. I find myself still turning to Google Sheets for any heavy lifting in that department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to deliver databases to clients, we've embedded Airtables in webpages, used it to deliver attachments/files, etc.
