The Price plans, if I share a table with another it need to license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manege the registration of computing parts, with barcode and add attachment scanned documents in every roe.
Better than excel, good visibility, untrained representatives
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration, the ability to create automation and the various ways you can visualize the same information
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team and onboarding specialists are no value whatsoever , I've spent hours in circle conversations and back and forth on chat and instead of answering my questions, they tell me I'm doing our work wrong. The onboarding specialists spent 30 minutes with us showing us the help center
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication, project mgmt, collaboration, day to day organization

What do you like best about the product?
It looks very nice and has lots of automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to close a form unlike in Google Forms. This forces the user to delete a form to close it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with course registration. Airtable makes it easy to sort data.
Takes a second to figure but smooth sailing after
What do you like best about the product?
I love that data from forms is automatically fed into the workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the layout gets a lil annoying, i cant put my finger on it but something about the rows seems like it could use an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses it to manage our team. It's beneficial for HR to have everyone's info in one place. Our resourcing team uses it to keep track of everyone's workload.
Learning Curve, Powerful, Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post and track new content from blogs to eBooks and news releases; customer and analyst quotes to easily locate appropriate content for Demand campaigns or know the publicity terms of a customer contract. Personal filter views that others can not edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a steep learning curve and making it as simple as possible for sales to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster content recommendations to support Demand and sales needs. Avoiding the google searches with branded keywords to find old posts that may be valuable for today's purpose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While we have used comments/tagging, I wouldn't necessarily call our use case project management, more content management. Some users outside of marketing use to manage their small projects.
Excellent for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to split your work into separate tasks, move things, and track the time it takes each task to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information is lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams. It would be great to have a clear indication on the control panel which elements have additional information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great as I get notifications directly and I can put everything in tickets.
The Perfect Database + Spreadsheet Hybrid
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has a friendly user interface that makes creating databases simple, and the ability to drop files into a functional spreadsheet has innumerable accessibility benefits. Additionally, the numerous view options available make the platform more adaptable and able to serve more functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
To understand how to integrate primary fields into columns of the various tabs of the database, you must first spend some time familiarizing yourself with the functionality of these relationships. Additionally, Airtable lacks customization features, particularly for formatting (color coding, centering text, changing fonts, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has provided a document-sharing platform for our team that is both easily accessible and neatly organized. It also allows us to store information in one place while still providing the ability to filter by client or project and keep data secure.
Colorful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of functionality of this product, as well as the colorful and intuitive interface. I also appreciate the variety of templates. The user icons also make the tables easy to read (as we can see who is assigned to which task at-a-glance).
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it to be a bit rigid. Although it is highly modular, there were times when I felt restricted in how I could format tables. I do not find this product as intuitive as other project management tools, which is somewhat expected due to its highly customizable layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has been an excellent tool for project management. All of our work is highly visible, and it allowed my team to establish intuitive workflows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable works best when one user or administrator establishes a table or workflow and then opens it up to other users to fill it in as needed. This tool does not warn users of upcoming deadlines.
Overall great tool but Difficult to learn and easy to misuse
What do you like best about the product?
Air table is powerful, there's are many ways to customize it to your liking and your team. The color coding makes it easy to visualize and sort and the mix of drop downs, plain text, and other fields makes it easier to use than excel or other task and project management tools. It has views that let you take the same information and display it multiple different ways which can be helpful both as an individual and for a team
What do you dislike about the product?
While they have many features, it becomes easy to make a mess and get overcrowded which as a team can make it hard to align and get things done. It is also difficult to find out how to do things, it's unclear where I can find quick and easy answers to my questions as I navigate the tool. It could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is both task management and project management. We have been able to use it to track our integrated campaigns as a team as well as each persons' tasks. It's helpful especially that when you make changes you you can comment on the card and even send an email or direct notification in case of urgency. That is a powerful feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a robust solution, this could work as long as you designate someone to make sure it stays organized. Might not be the best tool for teams who are looking for a simple tool.
