Awesome Cloud Spreadsheet/Database Hybrid!
What do you like best about the product?
We really like this product and use it every day! It'svery straightforward to use, and the mobile interface is quite good and friendly. It's easy to create calculated fields as well as building applications to track data. Previously, we used a spreadsheet, but after finding AirTable, we try to put everything on this platform because of its excellent sharing abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has a row limit of 1200. We wish it had a higher limit, but it is what it is. We haven't tried the pay tiers yet. We can work around this limitation with our cloud spreadsheet requirements. We also are having issues integrating this platform with Wave Receipts since one of our business requirements is to consolidate receipts, and although Wave Receipts does a great job, we would like to get the receipts into AirTable from Wave Receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to track inventory as well as tax records for the accounting team to have a quick and easy way to look up previous receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Airtable is an extraordinary database that can be accessed in an extraordinary spreadsheet for extraordinary project management. Another key point I want to make is that with regards to this program is that people are able to communicate, incorporate, and to build multiple skills on the same system with Airtable. It saves us a lot of time by the easy live filtering and refreshing. Constant email use has drastically reduced the amount of our actual correspondence, but our efficiency has not stopped increasing. Customers are also delighted to check their personal information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using a mobile device, this app doesn't perform as well or retain the same features as the full version. For this application to become a stable and full-featured, the program's info is needed to be expanded. I realize, and I am grateful to the technical team, which works as a team harmoniously well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable because it allows us to provide outstanding support for all of our material, which increases our comprehension of everything we collect. As we still have a far more effective and fruitful relationship, we can spread everything to this project from the get-go. We can better direct our employees to work on what is truly critical rather than "vanity" programs and projects In addition, we will keep a better track of the services. We will use this method to better understand our process and to streamline our project manager's tasks.

Think of Airable as an unrivaled project management method for staying on top of all of the data in a document's changes, which motivates an increased level of collaboration. Project managers are able to track changes in records and individual tables and identify users who are making those changes. It highly increases integrity.

More choices on the the variety of templates is what I would like to see in the next update.

Automated notifications through email ensures that team members don't miss deadlines.

Implement Airtable and you won't have to use multiple applications to organize your projects and ideas. Airtable is very powerful and equipped with capabilities that can help any organization achieve their projects results.
Great tool towards project management and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an excellent database, which is even better for any form of project or spreadsheet management using an excellent gui. My biggest contention is that Airtable facilitates people connecting, integrating, and creating various classes in the very same workspace. It frees us a lot of time by live-filtering and fast refresh. We have gotten rid of far less emails, but our productivity has not decreased. Customers like to confirm their data, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the features on smartphones. The details of this system and the network both need to be upgraded in order for this application to serve your customers' fingertips with strength and complexity. That's great, and I'm happy they are all working together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've noticed that Airtable provides an excellent coordination of all we receive and, ensuring that we get a more detailed understanding of the support work. Additionally, we are willing to delegate all pending tasks to this task, because we have a stronger relationship. We will dedicate our staff's resources to higher-impact tasks and projects. Additionally, we will keep better track of and more accurately coordinate the services. This form will help us track our project's workflow and has been especially helpful in automating project management functions.

Airable is a unique systems engineering tool that keeps data completely current and allows everybody to see the project's progress. Good Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable helps me organize all my employees' tasks. It also helps automate the workflow and make it more user-friendly to all. Its user interface is one of my favorites because it makes flipping between accounts, signing in, and launching new ones in our accounting program a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Airtable and other Office tools worked better together. Whenever I use the document editor, it's a huge pain to make any changes, and I can't seem to figure out how to attach any documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable provides us with a pleasant and productive work environment in which we can collaborate with our coworkers to complete our assignments more quickly. It allows us to arrange data in various formats and provide fast and convenient access to them.

I like that the program is one of the most used commercially because I can have a large community and discuss the coming tools and updates. Airtable is extraordinary to have the tasks very well organized, each person knows what to do and at what time of the working day.

The support is a little slow to answer, but the suggestions they give us are positive.

It has been fundamental to establish very detailed planning for each department user and work together in the most critical projects' activities. Some processes can be done in an automated way when there is no time to work on projects; this would also be a considerable time saver.

I like too much the idea of having a program that cares about my projects, I am always organized, and I have constituted very well specified planning for each worker; I recommend it for the medium or large companies.

Many users may look at Airtable like a typical spreadsheet but the fact is every new user requires on-boarding training because of it's steep learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization capabilities of this software is so modular and specific to be adaptable to exactly what i want. This gives me the edge. Makes me feel in control.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I don't feel incontrol is in the team aspect, if not all team members are up to date on how air table works, them changing one thing can destroy functionality.

Business organization, sales presentation. Increased efficiency.

Watch every tutorial you can. Get full functionality of the product. It can do things you wouldn't think.
An interactive spreadsheet that you can code!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is great for those that are coming from Excel or Sheets and prefer a spreadsheet display. Airtable offers the ability to write your own scripts and create automation. Super useful for those with the time to learn it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a definite learning curve to Airtable. It has a ton of versatility and a ton of ways to view the same data, which, while helpful, is easy to get lost within. On-boarding new team members take a long time, and there is often pushback in getting them to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable for everything - product tracking, notes, sprint tracking, Gantt charts, general tasks, reference materials, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a trial. Test it. Have your team test it. Don't fully commit until you are sure that it will do what you need and that it's worth it to deal with the learning curve.
