Modern and efficient tool for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the survey functionality and created numerous lovely ways and surveys that refresh the customer's record base immediately after completion. These surveys / formats will be inserted directly into our customers' work or e-mails and these findings can then be added immediately to the customer / lead record. It saves us a lot of time by filtering private information and updating it live. The number of emails that we must send has decreased and our productivity has improved endlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawbacks to AirTable are very unique and uncommon criteria for our company. I want to be able to link records between bases without matching the field columns. In addition to that the support staff interacts fantastically for you to help you incorporate your details. I don't even like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable for storing, tracking and showing all information on our customers and staff, drawing up contracts and related information as well as automating the procedure through the automated automations of the Airtable or applications of third parties such as Zapier. Our application and onboarding process have changed, resulting in higher sales. We have used AirTable to help our current customers more efficiently. Our recruiting and applicant processes are still being tracked and coordinated (a recruitment basis).

If you are looking for a platform that helps you improve your project management process, this is without a doubt one of the tools you should consider.
Excellent project organization and management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Airtable. Right now, I need this to be a big to-do list and calendar organizer, but later on I might need a complete project management system with Gantt charts. I know it can do both.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're pitching without a template to get started, that's close to what you're looking for, working with Airtable can be overwhelming. It has its own jargon for different levels of organization, and it was not clear at first how to use it. I had to go to a user's blog (not produced by Airtable that I know of) to understand the meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to organize and plan my personal projects. I am known for having too many balls juggling at once, and Airtable's design makes it easy for me to get ideas and plans out of my head and adapt them to a realistic environment. I use a template that I found that is designed for personal projects and allows me to organize things by overall goal, project, and individual task. It really helped clear my mind.
Airtable is user friendly and has an excellent interface.

Ease of use. The program is easier to use than excel for beginners.

I don't dislike anything about airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I plan my finances and scheduling on airtable. Everything is updated when you edit it and I don't have to worry about forgetting to save it.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the features airtime has to offer, also it offers Gantt chart functionality, which isn’t necessarily groundbreaking, but its execution of this feature is fantastic. Just like the rest of the platform, the Gantt charts are clear and colorful, making them a great addition. Other things I like about airtable are:

What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are many features, it will most likely take a long time to learn how to use everything on the platform, Therefore, there are probably techniques that would be useful that aren't being used because you don't know how to use them yet, I do not like task date functions , Users have limited permission to what there can do on the platform, also the program can be a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases productivity. Its many features give me tons of options and templates to give you a head start, allows users to be creative as they would like to be, lastly the program output a high quality of work, also I like the Database modelling, collaboration with other users on the platform.

Airtable is a software that came to change the vision we had about project management and because it has a system that focuses primarily on the organization and collaboration of data, its methodology for organizing data in spreadsheets and its ability to link contacts to your company or inventory items to your suppliers is really amazing, its functions for the generation, segmentation and capture of potential customers are very accurate as well as its tools for generating marketing content and as if it did not miss more integrates these functions an elegant yet simple interface and multiple support functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has been disadvantaged in some aspects which must be taken into account such as its formatting problems, the difficulty to import and export contacts, the integration with social networks is a little weak, the search filters are accurate and this greatly delays the search for information and finally we have the fact that some of Airtable's cost plans are truly confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has been key in our organization to solve different problems such as data organization, project management which at the same time provides a great collaborative and creative experience that is one, brand management, social network management and publication scheduling have been some of the functions that have allowed us to create marketing campaigns and publicize our brand in addition to this as project management software its tools to schedule tasks, manage tasks and track hours and expenses have been really helpful for us

I recommend Airtable because it is a project management software that focuses its functions on data organization and collaboration and also because it has a really creative user interface with excellent graphic designs another reason is the fact that Airtable has very efficient collaborative tools that make project management more enjoyable and fun

This solution allows you to download files and combine tables, making it easy to store all my information in one place. I also love the reality it instantly copies. Therefore, I do not shed some info. In this way, you can also color tools to find exactly where you are at a glance. I also love the reality you can select various features for various columns. This particular system is easy to use and works better than Excel.

Due to the innumerable properties, you have to search through many components to find everything you need. But that will help, as it can generate brand-new ideas.

Prioritize multiple parallel processes with many responsibilities and users. It helps prioritize important tasks so that everyone can watch them and know where you are making progress or where you might be trapped.

Think about what you're going to do about it before you get engaged. During the trial period, you will be allowed to access other added features.

This application is truly remarkable. I have an extensive editorial calendar with many editing and file material, which helps make it manageable. You can quickly replace the condition of any location in just one month. I like the capability to save anything I need within the software program, including back-links to various other frames and attachments, and articles.

I don't see anything in Airtable that would require significant change

One of the most important problems to solve is to keep the relevant information in a single area / check for duplicates

I suggest it because it is perfect for organizing our work and doing specific tasks without using complex software programs that interfere with our plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy to use if we are familiar with excel and all the formula and other stuff are easy to implement.

Smartphone application interface has to be changed.

I Made a Dashboard for myself to track my day to day activities at work. And I am also part of other base which are used for project tracking and record keeping.

I don't like how you can't link up two tables in a workspace. Would be nice to create automations between tables.

Airtable is great for tracking and collecting deliverables in one place. I love that you can capture files within each record.

I'd recommend researching how many applications you can replace with Airtable so you can get the most out of the application. It not only replaced our project management tool, but also provided other alternatives to our tools so that more information can be synced and stored in one place.
