Excellent option to manage your projects and documents
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a spreadsheet application, or spreadsheet in Spanish. This platform provides optimal document management in a reliable registration and storage system. It also provides easy communication to its base dynamics to share any type of information, and the ability to choose with whom to share such information to protect user privacy, being a very favorable tool for all types of companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is not 100% compatible with some window files, which makes it somewhat tedious when exchanging documents from this operating system; The row system of this application is sometimes confusing, which could delay or even disadvantage the user experience. This system can facilitate the creation of spreadsheet documents, but does not completely replace other similar programs; On the other hand, it can be used simultaneously with other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped me to create my own project management methods and productivity means, as well as measure these methods and synchronize them with each other, thus improving the analysis of statistics and the management of simultaneous projects and future tasks. In this way, this software has reduced the time invested in organizing simultaneous projects, allowing me to catalog and even analyze these tasks efficiently. Airtable allows me the synchronization and analysis of different projects, the organization of these clearly and precisely, and the realization of mathematical operations that these projects may include. This application also favors me in the management of resources and personnel, dividing each task into different segments, leaving me space for individual and parallel study of each of the activities to be carried out.

This software has a fairly professional dynamic, and countless uses through its various registration options. The handling of this interface can be quite complex for the average user, and even overwhelming if there is no experience in this field. However, the platform also has an excellent guidance system for those less experienced; Once some aspects have been assimilated, this software will become an excellent alternative.
A platform to manage all your projects from the same place through the internet
What do you like best about the product?
The instructions for use from the registry are very clear, no member of my team has reported to me that they have trouble understanding it, they are very complete to manage all the operations of the company, on many occasions one does not know how to take control of the projects and what indicators should be taken into account to support the team, in airtable we stay informed and know that there we can find out about the work that is being done in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user is almost 2 times more expensive than the software we used to manage tasks of the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of their lists of activities we have accelerated the location of tasks and make a mapping of the areas that require more attention, when you have software that only mentions the tasks that you must perform you do not have this complete picture, with airtable I am aware of everything moment of everything that happens with each and every one of the team members and their tasks.
Best tool for everyday tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I can use Airtable for almost everything in my life. Organize my sport team, my to do list at job, Christmas presents, my board game collection. With different views available, it is really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced fonctions, like linking tables and automatic filling or calculating is hard to master. The help center is difficult to understand for those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to plan my work.

What do you like best about the product?
My work division uses Airtable instead of Excel or Google Sheets to maintain shared documents, and this has been extremely useful for our team, especially for keeping a lot of different information in a central location that we can easily sort. It has more components than a traditional Excel sheet, such as attaching documents or images, and it's a faster way to track documents than Cloud Storage software like Dropbox or Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of adjustment at first if you're used to Excel. It's not a true replacement for Excel if you're trying to make a spreadsheet with borders, and you also can't highlight selected cells and add the cells elsewhere like in a sheet in Microsoft Excel. There is no support for traditional Microsoft formatting, which is not ideal when you're trying to bring in information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it is a very silly resource for our team. I use it daily for member tracking, marketing planning, storing a queue of future content, assigning coworkers with potential clients for stories/members. I would love to see this program grow over time because it can be very valuable for any organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, basically a database without the different components of one. No more tab data entry through a spreadsheet or table in word processing software. Extremely practical and can save any kind of firm time.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a co working space and have so many different members to keep track of. Airtable helps us store all of the information we need as far as: basic info, memberships, billing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just getting used to the program and exactly how it works. It is great, but just takes a little to utilize and get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are solving: keeping all of the info we need in one place and ultimately one platform.

If you are looking for a great platform where you can collect and store a lot of different data, then Airtable is a great choice for you!

What do you like best about the product?
Getting all the members of a team together, whether it's just people in your own company or clients as well, can be a hassle when it comes to scheduling meetings through calls or in person. Airtable lets us enter and configure all the key details of projects in an internet-based work area with tools that are easy for most people to use. I like that Airtable keeps the main panels and cells simple with the primary information about tasks. We can easily change the status of each task to keep other team members updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't modify the design and structure of the main Airtable work area that much. I like to have as many options as possible to fit the scheduling and information sharing environment to meet our needs and cut out more of what we don't need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an information center, Airtable works well to keep information about shared projects accessible at all times to everyone involved. With the email notifications, we don't have to worry as much about constantly checking in by logging into our Airtable accounts. We can get notified through our phones or other mobile devices, which is where I focus much of my time on certain days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is an excellent team productivity solution for companies that want to keep the shared environment simple, yet allowing for deeper collaborations when needed. I think many companies like to go with the most advanced collaborations tools, but if many people are incapable of using those tools, then the value is minimized.

Its modern GUI makes working with this software truly a pleasure, its excellent design makes navigating its functions, menus and views a pleasant experience. There are several options to visualize different types of data which help a better appreciation on the part of the user and therefore a better understanding of what they are observing, this adds to the software adaptive capabilities that are so necessary to satisfy even the most demanding of its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their limited permissions options offered to users is one of the weakest points of Airtable because with a very granular permission group allows users to have better control over how they want to manipulate and have their documents. Because it is not a software specialized only in spreadsheet creation does not offer robust features for this so for users who are used to working with spreadsheet based software this will seem a little featureless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the incorporation of Airtable I did not find a software that met my needs for various reasons since they were either very limited to only offering spreadsheet functions or were very poor in features, after finding Airtable I knew it was the software for me because it gave me in a unique way everything I needed, a tool that offered more functions than just editing and creating spreadsheets but that met all my organizational needs for personal projects or related to my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable turns out to be much more than it seems to be, it's certainly not just a software to create spreadsheets because it takes its functionalities further by offering a collaboration environment between colleagues, improves the organization of your work by providing you various options that are shaped to the requirements you may have as a user or as a company. Their customer support is genuinely user-friendly, they give you the right solution to your problems quickly and in a simple way so that any user no matter their technical level can understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization options. I also really appreciate the aesthetics, how easy it is to hide/unhide/move fields, the filter abilities, the blocks for bulk editing, the linking between records, and so so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some pieces missing that would be super useful for us (the ability to read a cell's contents and apply if-then results and not just count the contents, for instance). And it can get expensive quickly if you have a big team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it's a golden resource for us. I use it every day for member tracking, marketing planning, storing up a cache of future content, assigning team members as leads for stories/members/etc. I really, REALLY hope this program sticks around because it's dead useful for us in so many arenas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall I am a super fan of Airtable - first discovered, fell in love, and told everyone I knew about Airtable 3-4 years ago, IIRC when they first appear on Product Hunt. Build a whole bunch of bases to manage my person life (book list, financial trackers, a large inter-linked base to track 3D printing activities for a local maker space etc.). I highly recommend Airtable.
