It is really useful
What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use! I love the fact that every user has different view options. I was in love with Microsoft Excel for years because I used it a lot in my work and now I am using a lot AIrtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
it does not have an automatic refresh. When someone adds something you have to go manually in the base and look for it. For example if someone adds something in a file in Google drive, all the participants can see it the same second that this is added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the you can attach files. It is really easy to use. I am in love with the calendar and I think that as an app it is very "happy" and positive.

What do you like best about the product?
With Airtable, you are able to record and configure important details that are important in an Internet based workspace, using a device which is very easy to use for many individuals. I use it for so many projects, it's great for collaboration and managing contents schedules.

Airtable UI/UX is absolutely spot-on and beautiful. It has the power of a database, ease of use of a spreadsheet, flexibility of an app and user-friendliness of a game.
With the new Blocks feature, Airtable is not just an app but a platform for people to build their own apps with low-code. It is very easy to use and also there are lots of videos. They do video webinars as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has been one of my most loved tools in a long time. It's been so long since I have liked such a product that I can't honestly see any downside in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM for my school store. We used to track 10 spreadsheets before. Now - it's just one Airtable to rule them all!

What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable works both on my machine and on my mobile phone. It's good that the data is synchronized, so it's reliable no care what computer you're using. The details you send over the Internet is the same irrespective of who sees it, and the simple Airtable tools make it easy to update it. It can be used to save files, create to-do lists, manage details, schedule SNS messages, create price lists, and more. I appreciate it how simple it is to access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs of installing advanced features are higher. This payment arrangement may facilitate the purchasing of additional features that are too costly for the software budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Airtable to keep up with the company. I can review the notifications of other users and add them to my own tasks, so I can quickly pass them to Airtable, which lets me handle the most significant tasks of the day.

Usually, these premium service providers tend to give up features that they know best in return for a better plan. I do not agree with the basic principles of this model, but I would like to see more companies at a higher level. The price is easily comparable to that of a high-end project management system.

Airtable is a really stable platform that helps you to do a ton without discrepancies. It does all that it takes to successfully complete projects, but retains a simple and streamlined usable and customizable interface without escaping knowledge. By contrast, you have limited freedom to build and to modify new models to suit your requirements if you're not satisfied with the models provided by the program. A program that undoubtedly improves the company's standards and execution.

The greatest flexibility for an organization which, I suppose, may take a short time is helpful for a company every second.

Airtable is also used to incorporate many features seamlessly in daily activities, allowing common data, where possible, without other software, to be stored and allowing you to access information in several customized ways, like Excel and Word, which combine tablets and servers.

What do you like best about the product?
Building out a project workspace and timeline for deliverables is really easy, especially for those who wear multiple hats within an organization. The user experience for newcomers is great and provides a seamless experience for everyone involved on the team project. There are lots of integrations available with other software providers that pull everything together and communicate to the other platforms as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, freemium service providers like this tend to withhold their best features for higher end pricing plans. I don't dispute the basis of this model but I do wish more Enterprise features were available at the Plus or Pro level. The basic free features are great, but if you want more bells and whistles, the pricing can easily creep much closer to that of high end project management systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can save a lot of time from having to build a project timeline from scratch in a spreadsheet, because as you start adding an item to the airtable sheet, it automatically creates certain functions for you. It's very approachable to all who are collaborating on a team project, regardless of their familiarity with project management software systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its pretty easy to use and has some helpful templates on different ways to use it to visualize data. There's a lot of different opportunities to use it for tracking projects, viewing data, and other use cases. Its nice that I can use it on a variety of different projects in different ways whether I need to keep track of things or understand what the data means.
I also like that it's something that I can use online versus having to download software to use. I know this how things are going these days, but worth mentioning because I can access my airtable on different devices on the go.

Not as powerful compared to Excel as far as the data features. I think this will improve with time however since its still a new product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting results from surveys, capturing demographic data. We use it to see trends between different data points we collect and relating it to education, age, and other factors. We used to for our prospect tracking as well. Airtable is incredibly versatile and easy to use. I love that they have so many templates that you can view to see other ways that you can use the product. It's beautifully designed which makes it easy for others to follow along.

Consider using Airtable as an alternative for Excel to use for visualizing information easier.
