Easy to use, information right where you need it
What do you like best about the product?
It's so beautiful and user friendly! I love that you can have different views of the same table for different teams/users. It's a great way to streamline information!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could keep your search as you switched between tabs. It's not a huge negative, but it can be a little bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all of our vendor information in one easy location. It's easy to search up exactly what we need (backorders, vendor site info, login info, etc.).
Easy and clear, this product is great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visuals of the software in the client side. It looks clean and pretty, a small thing, but still important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air table assumes a time when you select a day with no clear way to change the automatic selection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brings clients in to our network.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget about google sheets or complicated PM software where a lot of unnecessary features are offered. This is a very clean and simple platform that does things well. Great templates to work off of.
Easy but limited
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and collaborative. Airtable made it possible to complete tasks that multiple team members worked on
What do you dislike about the product?
Only held about a year’s worth of information in one section. It was also difficult to pull stats and detailed quantified information from the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses airtable to assign, track, and complete marketing and web design tasks for our clients
Glorified Google Sheet
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has helped us organize a bunch of different content and is easy to share for collaboration. We have hundreds of articles with ad copy and ad creative where we can get approval and recommendations. It is great for this purpose. I know that AirTable has a lot of different features that we are not currently using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used AirTable for anything that I cannot do in Google Sheets. I prefer to keep my documents in one place (most are in Google Drive) so for that reason, I do not love AirTable as it keeps this away from all my other documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable has kept things clean and clear for approvals and collaborating on our work. It is easy to share with others and get feedback and approval on ad copy and creative. As mentioned before, I know that there are many features that I am not using in AirTable
Good for projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to filter and sort items by priority, days pending, user, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of horizontal scrolling to see all of the fields available on Airtable. Sometimes CTRL + V is buggy when pasting screenshots into upload files.

Helped us communicate with 3P web designers for our new site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider Trello as a simplified alternative to Airtable.
Our experience with Air Table
What do you like best about the product?
The Comprehensive nature of the site and ability to include a wide variety of information

The pre-filled tables, etc were great for example but not functional in set-up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and CRM. Benefits is connectivity of info entered but very complicated

Spend a lot of time on training or get professional advice
Very useful product in the start up scene but has limitations
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful to measure targets and for a collaborative Google sheets style set up and also has really useful calculations in the columns that if used correctly work well to calculate sales and determine forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can be a little bit haphazardly set out and it is really hard to track who has changed cells. It is also hard to work on at the same time with filters set and isn't as intuitive as Google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good tool for forecasting and projections and also breaking this down into categories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that there is a certain set up for the data otherwise it can be quite confusing and some data can be lost in the different columns.
It’s complex but at the end easy to use

The filter options. I have increased the number of tasks done on time thanks to this tool

There could be improvement in terms of enabling some communication channels inside the app
