LOVE THIS TOOL SO MUCH
What do you like best about the product?
It had drastically improved my orgs management of data, increased client satisfaction, and made it all transparent. Easy to integrate and reduce manual workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike: the customizations of how users can tag and comment on each line

Data management, efficiency, sustainability, and ease of doing business with multimillion dollar client projects

I would use this for my business needs at all times. It is secure and reliable. Not prone to mistakes.

I dislike the amount of time it takes for one to process the problems for resolution in due course.

It is easy to summarise all of my workload

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage workspaces, get more licenses, delegate access. It's a nice interface and works well over the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real issue is that given our limited number of licenses, I can't run this through my Accounts Payable team via an invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're tracking potential clients at different stages of conversation. It's been really easy to use and share with everyone on the team. Sharing out access is a breeze and it's provided some nice visuals to look at.

What do you like best about the product?
I like airtable because is to simple to use, create records, change the table associated to a record(for example put a table as single text or percent or attachment).
The customization is very good and the way how to report the data like csv is more important to generate and export data to other platforms

at the start is difficult to understand how to works correctly, other options are needed like :subtasks for generate a general percent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of the team and its due tasks, because each member knows what to do and the rest of the team can be aware of what each of its members does

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very reliable frame that allows you to do several actions without inconsistencies, without feeling dirty or angry. We do everything necessary to make a complex project a success, but we do it in a clear and simplified way, which maintains a functional and configurable interface and does not allow information to slip away. On the other hand, if you are not satisfied with the model that the system provides, your freedom to create new models and adapt them to your needs is really limited. Of course it is also a mechanism to improve performance by overstating operational expectations.

I think that every second is very beneficial for companies because it allows them to maximize their versatility in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airboards are often used as a kind of database, containing as much functionality as needed for everyday activities. This allows you to store the information you share without having to use other applications such as Excel or Word, and to combine spreadsheets and servers to access your data in various customized ways.

It is a recommended resource for every company. It is very complete, reliable and has been approved by HR.

What do you like best about the product?
The is so much you can do with it. It is so flexible and the scope you can reach is endless. It also syncs with a lot of other apps so you can integrate it with your workflows business-wide. You can use it to store databases, set task lists, manage information, schedule social media posts, create pricing tables and more. I like how easy it is to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to manage subtasks in projects as the grouping technique can make it a bit confusing to look at. It's also a bit fiddly when downloading images that have been uploaded to the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is a lot more streamlined and our products are a lot more orderly now we have a place where we can store the information in a logical way and look at it all in one place. We do client projects with it and internal projects, we use the forms etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great software that will definitely improve your business and even your daily life if you like to organise things well. The calendar view is great if you are creating a task list or scheduling projects. You can also use it to collect onboarding information from your clients and store it all in one place. You can then make different views depending on what projects the client requires so you can see the relevant information.
Great for everyone no matter how you like to organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is totally customizable, you can organize your work in basically any way that other tools would offer (trello, google sheets, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the options can be a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have all our teams put their work in one place, everyone knows where the need to go to find certain resources.

Think MS Office is better (fulfils all the same abilities and more)

Good for group collaborations, lack compatibility and freedom to do what I want (too constrained)

Give it a go, it may suit your needs. I preferred MS Office myself but Airtable does have some nice perks.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very easy to use and makes life very easy for you when you're sending creatives and URLs to the implementation team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the drag and drop functionality doesn't work properly which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Airtable to pass along creatives, URLs and other campaign information to the team that implements these display ads. It updates in real time so it is very helpful and we don't have to worry about sending emails with large files.

does seem to have capacity issues after a certain point and app doesn't work very well on my phone
