Create product material schedules with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
The directional arrows for various content forms makes it much easier to see what the advertising campaigns are being searched for. Airtable can not be simpler if you want a plan, a multifunctional project management device. Settings, terms and document styles can be stored and viewed in one screen. Also, I really like the Airtable form as it goes to the tables in which the information can be measured and incorporated into the other tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Try to see a single base with so many tables can be challenging sometimes. Also, Airtable the presentation is rather like Excel where each table is a column but I would like it to be more like an SQL database in which all tables are placed on the left sidebar. Other than that, I have complains about Airtable, as this is one of my best software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is used by our marketing department to create product material schedules. Before, only the SQL database was used, so modifications made by some programmers could not be monitored and the software was therefore compromised. Right now, we received and then use Airtable specifically in order to easily create many copies of our organigram. Airtable helps us as a support to get the things modified, such as monitoring the reports of the Contact page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a great tool as it allows for different views without caring about showing information from any other perspective, so you can allocate a specific view to a given product. Moreover, there are several views you can use, such as Kanban, cards and calendar. If you need to update data both internally and externally in a certain view without the entire database appearing, Airtable will be suited for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization options. Everything you can dream up, you can make in Airtable. There are very few limitations and things that are limited tend to be implemented very quickly once asked for.
I love the ability to customize Airtable with APIs and other software both through Airtable directly and through Zapier. We have connected our Airtable instance to Slack for ease of use and reminders, etc. It really helps us when needing additional pings for tasks coming up, when expenses are due, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Airtable could replace all our products in the office, but we have no real way to make finished reports and proposals using Airtable as of the time being. We could connect to web merge and make documents that way, but we chose not to (and that's on us!). One day we hope to make Airtable the full solution for our office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to track thousands of compliance inspections for our customers. It cuts our admin time down to very little time due to the ease of use and many features that it comes with. We also have it push information to Slack via the API.
We also use Airtable to track our expenses for our employees. They have a forward facing form they can use to fill out to submit expenses, and on the back end I have people who can access the tables to approve expenses before they come to me for payment. We also use Airtable to break these reimbursable expenses into specific GL categories so come tax time, we can get the full tax deductions for our employee's expenses!
We also use Airtable to track our expenses for our employees. Provide data in a chart with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has a thousand of uses that can be adapted to your needs. The supervisor can prepare summaries and get a clearer understanding of the information. Besides, it has an outstanding collaborative function, facilitating sharing and giving access to tables and a range of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The failure to connect bases is a problem we regularly face, so all tables must have the same base to conduct any calculations. Custom panels should be produced to offer a high degree of insight into different subjects in the bases. Also, if there are 5 tabs or more, Airtable gets confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our internal tasks and documentation, our small group of Product Content Strategy uses Airtable. We use it directly to work in our divisions to meet with clients and provide data in a panel or chart. Airtable displays all relatively context on each row, so I can undo changes whenever it's required. It will show all background on each page, providing information about who made modifications and what has been modified, so I am able to undo the modifications when it's needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our needs for other information-stored technology have been entirely replaced by Airtable. I think it's suitable for companies that work with data that can be audited and for numbers arranged in many aspects. However, if your director doesn't have a vast list of know-how and expertise to manipulate the results, it will be complicated. You should also consider you can't use this software if you want to print the flowcharts.
Most functional database tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable balances ease of use with maximum functionality. I've been a user for about 3 months and I'm still discovering new ways Airtable makes my work projects easier. It's the perfect database tool -- the ability to attach documents inside a base is huge for corralling relevant information in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a dislike, but I do think it's important to note that Airtable doesn't do exactly the same thing as Excel/Sheets. I wouldn't personally use airtable for any financial sheets.

Great for sharing information across teams / as a project management tool.
Very useful way to break out of Excel spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
It's a super slick online no-code database, which makes it really easy for novice users to use. Very flexible to use as a project management tool, an inventory database, a task manager. I even used it personally to plan my wedding!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a better way to link bases together, or some other way to more easily segment related but separate datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track of deliverables as a team, much more easily that keeping everything on a shared Excel or Google Sheets workbook.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for small teams - if you're looking for a large organization or enterprise-wide support, it probably doesn't scale that well and a more complex database app would be better.
Airtable pulls together an organization's structure
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable can house a lot of useful information in one place and has a visually appealing interface. The data that is transmitted with airtable is encrypted by SSL/TLS encryption. Airtable is the best service there is for showing a company's organization structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable tries to do many things before fulling fleshing out the things that it does well. There are a number of things that other software services are better suited for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is used to organize the layout for the organization, in the table view information is broken down by team, start date, role, and location. It is beneficial to see how the company has grown.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An organization can get a lot out of Airtable, identify all your needs and all the things that Airtable has to offer. Make a decision once this has been considered.
OK Software - Comparable to Google Sheets
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create and share detailed spreadsheets of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it essentially does what google sheets does, which i find easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think its a good way to communicate spreadsheets within groups.
Takes some time to learn, but very flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I love the pre-made templates that are available, really useful for managing different calendars and projects. It's pretty intuitive because it's set up to look like a spreadsheet, but with inifinitely more customizable columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a little while to learn, had to watch the intro videos and click around. The investment is worth the pay-off, given the amount of flexibility it allows. But it's the richness of choice that does make it a little larger to sort of figure all of it out to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing projects with our team (planning a large group trek to India). It's helpful to have one place to integrate all the different city stops of our trek, as well as collaborate across the same platform.
Organize your data with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very colorful and fun. Data management and categorization can be quick boring but Airtable makes it fun through its colorful tags and overall colorful background. I am also able to easily collaborate with various users in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you cannot make complex formulas and computations on this software. I mean there is nothing for basic mathematical functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is used for data listing and categorization.

No recommendation so far. Please try other software before getting the premium version.
Airtable helps with our overall production and keeps our entire company on track
What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable for a number of things. Airtable not only helps our production team keep track of our 90-day production pipeline, but we are able to track what exhibits have gone to show, we use it to track job numbers, invoice numbers, and a number of other things. Having everything in this one centralized place helps to keep all of the different departments of our organization on the same page and on track to knock out all of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Airtable. For what we are using it for, Airtable works perfectly well for tracking our jobs and production schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Production scheduling, pipeline forecasting, keeping track of inventory, etc. Airtable helps us keep track of job numbers, invoice numbers, where our inventory is when it is out at a show, when we should be expecting inventory back, how to appropriately plan for upcoming jobs, as well as house catalogs for our rental and vendor inventory.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using Airtable if you are interested in using it as a Production and Task Management Tool. It is able to house all of our clients, shows that we are shipping inventory to, job numbers, invoice numbers, company information, and inventory catalogs for our inventory as well as our vendors. We are able to forecast our production timeline out for the next 90 days and ensure we are prepared for all job/projects our team sells.
