Brilliant collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very intuitive and user friendly. We have found it very happy for work purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t check for duplicate records which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a marcomms calendar and also for training records

I absolutely love how customized Airtable is! It serves the function of 5+ different softwares purely because of how customized it is

It looks a little bit less professional than other products/softwares, if that's something you care about

We are able to show our data to the entire company and have them sort through/use the data as they feel fit with Airtable

Game Changer for Property Walks
What do you like best about the product?
The app is the best thing to ever happen to property walks. Being able to real-time update a sheet AND attach pictures without clogging your phone memory is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It drains your phone battery. That is legit my only negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for property walks of our apartment communities, for audits etc. And I use it for file audits

It is a GAME CHANGER for property management. Doing unit walks takes 1/3rd of the time and has more accurate information than the old school paper and clipboard method.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that allows you to store a large amount of information in the same place and in an orderly manner. Streamline the process of your activities in terms of the process of evicting new candidates. One of the main and effective advantages of any tool is its easy handling and use, motivates the staff to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tool that does not offer an accessible or pleasant cost to companies. Its cost is a little high the higher your work team. It is a tool that is not handled efficiently on a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is a very useful tool that can be used in any field or any department of an organization thanks to its many functions. Airtable we started using it in the organization in order to carry out all our tasks, or any type of information in an orderly and specific way in the same place. That is, the tool can be used as an agenda, it allows us to visualize what task we have to do and mark the tasks we have already done. It is also used in our organization as a means of communication with potential candidates for future interviews. This is why the tool is used throughout the organization because in each of the departments it fulfills a different function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a tool that helps all organizations to carry all your activities in an orderly manner and stores information in one place, in turn allows you to keep track of the tasks already performed and those that are about to be done, as a kind of agenta . It also offers to maintain a good flow of communication with potential future candidates when conducting recruitment interviews.

Airtable as the Base of my Business
What do you like best about the product?
It's really hard to name only one great thing from Airtable, but I'll start by how I have all the information from my business on Airtable. From the base color scheme to the clients I have, projects I've worked on, my team, goals, deadlines and so much more.
Basically without Airtable it would be really hard to have all the information in one place. I really like Google services, including Google Sheets which does a similar work, but Airtable does so much more. I recently started a company growth campaign and I could add the start and finish dates, add them to my calendar (downloading an iCal file) and add my teammates to each process.
To sum every up, my business would not work as fluently without Airtable.
Basically without Airtable it would be really hard to have all the information in one place. Not being able to sync my Google Calendar in order to invite my teammates directly from Airtable, and instead having to send them the file Airtable downloads to add it myself. It's not really bad, but might be better to sync it.
Also, the app feels limited and the interface doesn't look as good as the web app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All information concerning my business is on Airtable, so basically all my problems. It centralizes all the info from my business and saves it in the cloud, for me to access it from my smartphone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay for the biggest plan. It's worth it. Or share it with enough people. You can actually share it with enough people to have it for free.
A great way to keep your data stored

This is a great online tool to store big amount of data.

I don't think there is anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to keep our data stored that relates to our hundreds of entrepreneurs. We can manage the online data very well and it's super user friendly.
Airtable makes collaborating and project management more engaging
What do you like best about the product?
I think the simple design of Airtable makes it more likely to be used by many staff members. The idea of collaborating and performing general business planning tasks can seem really dull and boring. So what Airtable has that is different is a somewhat social media aspect that allows us to engage each other constantly and with a full range of integration options. It works well for the types of collaboration tools we already have in place. The functionality is very smooth. We can update projects activities and drag different panels around in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a whole lot of tools when it comes to advanced collaborations. If we want to brainstorm and actually get ideas moving and charted in a precise way, we would have to integrate it with an external application to make it work properly for our business. In a way, the basic features of Airtable are just like an advanced alarm clock where we set certain tasks for date and time, then get alerted whenever the due date approaches and arrives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable keeps us up to date on a wide range of activities involved in our work projects. We can use many of the templates that Airtable offers to set up a collaboration and productivity structure that makes the most sense for particular types of projects. We have been able to complete tasks faster and require less frequent communications either as a group in meetings or directly with other individuals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable has lots of tools within it, but if you were to start using it now, I think that you should explore other integrations so that you can have a more complete collaborative experiences with your coworkers.

The most helpful aspect is the simplicity and organization that Airtable brings, It gives consistent information pre your design, and truly keeps things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more in depth search would be a greatly helpful. Upgrading the search and essentially the ability to save those searches just isn't where I would like to see it.

Keeping our outbound shipments organized by client and dates. A single source that we can refer to

Keeping things in order with the ability to adjust each thing separately is great!

Its a new spreadsheet software which can be shared with others and helps to keep track of information .

Too much options on screen. If you are a new user you could get confused as many options are on home screen.
