The templates make it worth it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they have ready to use templates for almost the majority of the use cases. Makes collaboration easier as you can assign individual as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without the videos and templates, it would take some time to use airtable to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross collaboration and task management across teams have got much easier, accessible, and better.

What I like best is that it's easy to see all my projects in one main screen.

Some of the templates (maybe it's just user error) come pre-populated and it's frustrating going back and removing everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling lists and projects is a lot easier. It makes it easier to explain different options to my audience and is easy to access files.

It's a great tool for product management!

Airtable makes it easy to keep track, costings, and other critical components needed in the Crane Sales industry.

The one thing airtable could change, is the lag timing on the APP version. It could use some bug fixes.

Collaborating with other locations, inputting Repair Orders, and other critical information.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete application that allows you to perform multiple activities without creating discrepancies or becoming messy, or even slow. It applies all its functionality around the performance of complex projects but in a simple and optimal way, without letting details escape, always maintaining a fairly useful and customizable platform. On the other hand, the fact that if you are not satisfied with the templates that the program brings, you have the freedom to create new and adapt them to your requirements is very exclusive. Definitely a program that expands your projections as a company and improves their execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes a little time to understand its full functionality, which can be deficient in terms of time spent, since, for a company every second is extremely valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is used as a kind of database that at the same time integrates multiple functions when performing daily activities according to the need that arises, allows to have shared records without using other programs such as Excel or Word, since which, combines spreadsheets with databases and then allows you to view your data in a multitude of customizable ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a totally recommended tool for any type of company, it is very complete, effective that perfectly complements the management of employees in the company, without a doubt a right hand that when used correctly will cover all your needs. Airtable is good.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable isn't just a spreadsheet software, it is a database that allows you to create dynamic connections between the pieces of data you are trying to manage. My favorite feature of Airtable is the breadth of datatypes, connections, layouts, and more. It's also incredibly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a difficult time handling duplicates without severing certain connections. (Occasionally, Airtable would arbitrarily distribute connections between two duplicates, and there was no efficient way to consolidate them.) This is only an issue if you have lots of duplicates in your dataset connected to one entry in another table. (i.e. two registrations from the same school)
Additionally, and I believe this *is* Airtable's responsibility, the connection to Zapier is not great. We use Zapier to automate everything, and the connection from Cognito Forms to Airtable (specifically repeating fields/line-items to separate table lines) was awful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage all of our event registrations, budgets, and reimbursement calculations using Airtable. Previous to my use of Airtable, there was no easy way to look up event attendees that met varying criteria because those details were all in different spreadsheets. With Airtable, I was able to add all of our sheets to different tables and connect them dynamically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore all of their field types. I initially defaulted to the handful of field types that I was aware of, and later found that there were other field types that would have better suited my data. Really explore all of those types so that you understand how they relate to your data.

Love how everything updates in real time. Such an effective platform when we consistently have people accessing multiple tables at any given time.

No specific problems. Newest benefit realized recently was email client integration

Most effective tool for collaborating with multiple parties including volunteers. User friendly and intuitive. Updates in real time. Used daily for more functions that you can imagine! Also used to track registrations for all sorts of things.

The ease of use. I use it to plan social media posts primarily.

It keeps me organised and I use a spreadsheet to plan my social media posts across platforms so that I know what I’m doing

What do you like best about the product?
Love the amount of free options it gives. For someone who is not earning revenue on their service, free software like this helps manage content that I share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the pricing. If there was a reduced cost for individuals who need more space but not need all the upgrades, then I'd probably pay for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I'm using it to store all my recipes online and cross referencing ingredients, tags, features and categories helps.

I love the look and feel of it. Super sleek, modern, and easy to read.

I only dislike the use homepage. It seems confusing.
