Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the design is and the color-coding helps me keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it allowed more sophisticated settings for notifications to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team put its entire project pipeline and our internal content calendar into Airtable and it's made collaboration a breeze. We've been able to stay on deadlines with clear, organized views and calendars, and we can tag each other in projects for transparent communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple way to track leads and how they progress through our sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too simple. But great for tracking so Can't complain that much!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use as an expense tracking and reimbursement spreadsheet

Downside to airtable would be needing more storage space in a worksheet

It has solved volunteers and staff who buy things and need reimbursement and tracking expenses with receipts
Great Flexible Database
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize everything with a visual interface, and I can access all of my data from any internet connected device with very little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still being developed, and as a result, there are some advanced features that are lacking currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to track assets given to teachers and staff around campus, and I also use it to track who is next up for a laptop replacement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very flexible solution, and I would recommend going through the templates that they have and seeing if anything meets your current need. If that is the case, then all of the formatting is done for you, and any formulas that would have needed to be written are already done as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has made it easy to organize and look up data on individual students in my current job. I have found the calendar to be very helpful to create and organize events as well

Designing projects aren't as efficient as other websites

Logging student data for individuals, adding and organizing events with calendar

Play around with the features, the video tutorials are very helpful with understanding how airtable works

What do you like best about the product?
Very similar to google docs, we use it to communicate task to our interns and collaborate in grid view - it’s nice to have the green check marks when they’re done

It’s pretty basic in terms of its setup, but overall very good and easy to interact on

Daily talking to interns about task completion. It’s an easy way to assign tasks. However it would be helpful if they integrated a calendar into it or easy chat tool.
Airtable is a god-send for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add easy communication features like Bulk Email or Bulk SMS sends thru SendGrid and Twilio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Linking features (linking rows in different tables to each other) applied to tables in different Bases of a given workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to quickly capture information, get feedback from, and regularly communicate out information to a community of over 100 mentors working with students. It's made it way more streamlined to gather data through easy forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of all is that it is an application that offers a wide variety of document management that allows me to review the database in a more exhaustive way, since I also like its interface, it is very simple that any user can use it without any problem, has a system to attach files that works perfectly, and in my current position I am surprised by its format that is very similar to an Excel spreadsheet, since it helps me create a more creative and innovative workflow, as well as a potential Software, since it allows me to send suggestions and editions to certain projects and that any partner can notice and modify it at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that spoils all the marvelousness of this software is that it has many errors when inserting rows or columns, as well as copying or pasting them, you practically run all the work, and that may bring many delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot to organize and plan for projects that need more attention, especially those where customers are not completely satisfied, Airtable suggests that they need immediate attention, because it gives me the option of being able to control the time by allocating directly from the panel of control, where each member can see how many people are working on each project, and so we handle the information with more accessibility and transparency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is very efficient to handle everything related to information in a spreadsheet format, task monitoring is efficient and that helps improve your performance at work, and not only yours but also that of your work team.

What do you like best about the product?
Is interesting to be able to upload pictures and attachments. I like the fact it has all the characteristics of excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have lost information and my trust plumbed. I can't trust is not loosing my data.

I was able to co-work in real time and collaborate with my peers.
Airtable is the best platform for databases
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has a good application for IOS devices, which is available from the app store. It is also ideal for the reorganization of lists of group tasks of all kinds, so it serves to organize activities such as meetings, job interviews, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the management of projects, airtable does not offer us Gantt charting, so that it is easier to attend the tasks from the work panel. It does not present predetermined templates that we can customize and save before the start of each project. Neither does it have internal chat, nor is it integrated into social networks. Airtable does not have an accounting manager, so to keep track of our numbers we must go to other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a tool based on collaborative management, airtable has greatly improved the way in which our team works. Accessibility can be granted to several people to our work board, creating in this way something called "group basis". Airtable saves us time with the organization of our projects, and with the decisions we make when reviewing all the information exposed by the team. Its platform also gives us an excellent ability to adapt spreadsheets to a large number of formats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With airtable we can organize all kinds of information without having to work hard. The free plan offers an amount of up to 1200 tickets, and you can increase the number of these by paying from 12 dollars a month. It is without a doubt an excellent proposal. Airtable is an elegant platform, with good deployment, and very economical.
