A refreshing tool with practical application and unlimited potential
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers the ability to organize and use data in a myriad of ways, unlike any other system I’ve seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it’s a relatively new system, some features that may seem basic are still in development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers ways to intelligently connect different datasets while avoiding duplication of information
Upgrade over Google Sheets / Asana
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very simple / straight forward UI that makes project management easy. More flexible than Trello, more useful than Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still relatively new, and some basic features aren't as built out as they will be / should be in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, in a shared space with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows me to keep track of my tasks and allows me to share that with my manager.

I find it hard to get the filtering that I want.

My boss knows what I'm working on and what tasks are completed. She is able to re-prioritize items as needed. It saves a lot of time.

Free Tier is a Great Jumping-off Point for Online Databases
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy to use, aesthetically attractive, and even inspirational. The ease of use makes it an attractive option for keeping track of almost anything. Field-level editing is simple, and changing field types is extremely easy in comparison to most platforms. Picklist options are automatically color-coded which makes tables easy to track, visually. The free tier includes even some advanced options. Keeping track of tasks, managing schedules and projects, and simple survey analysis are easy, and fun. Airtable is the rare database platform that makes users want to use it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to functionality, and the system itself remains locked in a table-based format. In lower-priced tiers, data analysis and conclusions can be difficult to draw. Templates come pre-loaded with sample information that often serves more to clutter up tables than to helpfully illustrate the functionality of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has been a terrific solution for data-management tasks that are too advanced to complete in Google Sheets, but would not benefit from the extra functionality of a platform like Salesforce. Easy input, easy editing, and simple analysis are very helpful for organizing tasks, or for tracking results of surveys and forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable can be a solution for anyone, and every user should at least try Airtable before selecting a cloud-deployed database solution. The range of applications is broad, and most users will find at least some tasks that Airtable is perfectly suited for. Users with more specialized needs will probably prefer more specialized solutions.
Simple and useful
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best way for information that is needed to be updated as needed and in the cloud. Information that needs to go downstream easily flows as needed because it is very easy to update. No need to log in everytime as long as you are using the same computer. It is user friendly and caters all basic needs of a spreadsheet
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much tool for formulas and adding indicators. ie. highlighting columns and rows which could allow for simpler organization of tasks and information. Would have been better also if it can be customized more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that may occur in a normal excel sheet that is shared on a drive where files can be corrupted. This allows all data to be saved in clouds and can be accessed in a single click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hope it can have more feature to customize text that were available on the sheets. To be able to perform basic formulas as well

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Airtable to manage our customer repayment data. It is fun to use because of the various colors on its tags and at the same time the user experience is very smooth. The filter function is highly complex with multiple logical statements. Different members of the team can also work on one file at the same time so this is great for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot use Airtable for any computations. It would be great to have this as some people may want to use Airtable beyond simple tagging.

Manage your Workflow with AirTable
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable I have more convenient management and control than googledrive. It allows you to create databases for all kinds of different content. I use it to edit different types of data, and it's great that you can link fields. Format, you can draw the desired result from an Excel spreadsheet so you can't do it more easily in Excel. By saving the documents to the bases, you can easily make more upgrades to the product later.
What do you dislike about the product?
A timestamp for the last time the newly created record was updated - it only provides information for the time it was created, but there is no retroactive timestamp. It has the ability to use in pivot tables that we can do in Excel. however, it is not as smooth as the implementation of Excel formulas. these are the issues that need to be studied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is my favorite data center for business automation. It was very easy to follow my work like google drive. It has a structure that encourages me to use API data elsewhere, and it continues to improve itself on this path.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A software that keeps our team organized is perfect for content management. You can add and edit content, and then specify when to exit. At the same time we use different seeds for different social media platforms, you can combine all of these seeds into the software. It will be where it deserves over time with innovative changes.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot that we like about airtable. First of all, it offers a varied management of documents and tasks. It allows to review the metrics of each database. It has a comfortable system for customer service management, with which you can respond by email and follow up on the assistance given to customers. We also like the management of sales funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable does not offer to manage databases from its mobile access, and that is really limiting, since it is the main function of the service. You can not do performance analysis, or virtualize databases from physical sheets. The platform takes a little time to create backups, and to make recoveries of large files. It also does not offer internal chat, and does not integrate into social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before airtable we had no problem with the way we handled our databases, but the truth is that this work has improved a lot in terms of speed and quality. Being able to create sub tasks saves the whole team a lot of work, since it is easier to delegate them and keep track of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a database management system it is the best we have ever tried. Airtable is powerful, easy to use, and has many advanced tools for creating reports. Its price, $ 12 per month, puts it at the top of database management platforms. Airtable allows to edit the databases in real time, convert them to different formats, and migrate the information. In addition, you can replicate the data, and relational backups.
Incredibly powerful and flexible tool to replace all your spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has so many useful integrations and customization options. Our favorite feature is the ability to quickly and easily visualize your data in multiple different ways (blocks). The ability to embed tables in web pages is one of the most useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is incredibly powerful but this can come with a steep learning curve. We recommend playing around with all the features and exploring things for yourself before diving into a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created an entire CRM in Airtable configured exactly the way we need, meaning we don't need to pay for other separate expensive CRM software. We have also used Airtable to create a bug/issue tracking service which we have integrated directly with our repository to help us plan with project management.

Definitely look into all the powerful stuff you can do with integrations via Zapier.

It is an amazing One of its main functions and that the differences from the rest, is its ability to filter the information only with those data you require, this will help you plan and make decisions at a given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's very easy to use and useful in many professional areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to manage my monthly planning of publications in social networks, what I like is that covering various topics helps me a lot to have a manager who filters me just what I'm looking for, that saves me time and allows me to be timely with the publications I do.
