A bit to ramp up.. but its so worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Soo dynamic. I used to pre-plan my project management on a white board. Now I don't feel like I really need to do that, I just start plugging things in, and can always move it around after. I also use it for SO many different types of things. Event tracking, project management, Campaign tracking, partner relationships... the list is endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pretty daunting for a new user, so its hard to convince other coworkers to use it. But if you start a base and get it going, eventually they will adopt. I'd advise finding a really cool feature and showing them how powerful it is (and easy). Additionally, sometimes I find that it's hard to find new features and when/where its most useful to use them. I still feel I only know about 5% of the Airtable capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing, creating processes, constantly revising, tracking.. honestly it's endless. I feel that I constantly am thinking of a different use case for it. I've been able to use it to create a live system. For me it displaces google docs, when I look at a google doc now, it just seems so outdated. Excel is to hard to use and complex, this is a new and way more helpful tool for me. At work, and at home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it.. Just start, get in the software and start putting things in, you'll get the hang of it eventually.
Track your data with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Airtable to track many things at work: clients under collections, blacklisted applicants, and accounts under KYC review. I love using it because of its color coded tags which makes things easy to spot. At the same time, it has a complex filter function that has if then statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to do advanced formulas on AirTable such as summation of columns or subtracting dates to get the time. Perhaps this is not the intended use of AirTable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable is a data entry tool. It is similar to other competitors but it is more visually appealing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check first if you will be dealing with loads of data that need computation as AirTable may not be the software to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality, layout, color scheme, and organization of Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complex (in a good way), which does require a need to watch tutorials and practice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m keeping things organized and structured for multiple clients who are doing multiple things.

Take the time to learn and play with the program before using it for data purposes! Watch tutorials and practice
Great for organization and all around program

Airtable is great for organizing tasks and everyday projects. The setup is amazing and it is super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it has many components and takes a bit to learn. But that is just like any other program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this as a marketing team to launch new products and keep up with daily tasks.

Start with the head of a department and then try out with the rest of the team.
Great Product for the Price
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to share and use. Can be accessed from mobile as well as desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I actively dislike. I use it for free, and so any of the bells and whistles one might expect with a paid program are lacking...but not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with consultants, working with printshops. We have better version control and are able to easily share assets.
A software to organize the work of the team in our own way
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to keeping the team up to date with the management of a project there are softwares that are not as flexible as Airtable is, I like its interface, how to synchronize a spreadsheet with the characteristics of attachments, calendars and reports, I love that it allows me to monitor and have multiple projects tracked, in my case I have used it with 30 projects, and it has let me observe very closely each step to follow within the projects, I like it also as it allows me to be more organized and keep track of the projects that handle complicated information, with a simple and easy to handle and edit vision, as it not only collaborates with me but with the entire work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its configuration is a bit overwhelming, since it has many options to access templates and worksheets ready to work reduces the waste of time but murders the creativity of the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable incredibly improved the functions of all the departments of the organization, as well as improving teamwork, and to keep communicated to more than one department of the company at the same time, observing on the front page what were the weaknesses of those departments, and evaluating the possible solutions, airtable has made me a more strategic project manager, as we have decreased the index of errors within the work team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An excellent program where you organize all your work in a more personalized way, and that will allow you to synchronize all those pending tasks in each project with your calendar, in the end it is worth investing in a tool such as Airtable, as it can stay connected and up to date with all his work team.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great advancement over Excel and Sheets. I am able to build a process for my business and integrate it with other programs. We have looked at other systems and keep coming back because of its flexibility and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to work on printing formatting and output. Start with just being able to have some basic formatting of views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track our customers and the products/services they are using.

Get familiar with Views. They will be your friend.
Super Configurable
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use equations like a spreadsheet and link tables. and some of the alert feaures
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of wysiwyg in text fields... some of the lookup functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple but has some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Airtable is to use, the forms to set up and submit are very easy and convenient. Also the views table is great to see who turned in their form and what still needs to be completed
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is not set up to handle the volume of their users. 80% of the time i'm waiting 1o minutes or more just to get Airtable to load. Some of my forms take up a lot of time and when I try to submit it I get an error and have to restart the whole thing. While typing this review I'm trying to load Airtable for a screenshot and keep getting an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely from home and Airtable makes our stand up meetings better. I can quickly look through everyones reports and see what needs to be discussed during our meeting .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're planning on using Airtable with many users I might suggest going a different route, if you have a small team Airtable would work great.
Airtable - add to your productivity
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the work we do is dependent on one another. With Airtable, I am able to see when my colleagues complete their work, communicate directly with them, and get notifications about projects all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve. Some things are not as intuitive, like being able to create a new project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting projects done on time

You'll need to do a team training, as usability is not as intuitive as I'd hoped, but the impact of the tool will be great.
