Keeps Work Organized
What do you like best about the product?
It works as an excel doc with more features. Easy to use and gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not work well with the other program that we use, Stitch. Have to upload information manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps organize sales and WIP. We pull ATS using this and we use it as a sales tool to send to buyers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to switch views and it creates a very stable place to share and collaborate on content
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the fields were less "excel-like" and more an open multi-line field.

Sharing across arts programmers at an arts council

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Airtable makes it to organize your information. It's easy to share with others as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know yet. Haven't been using it long enough to have anything negative to say about it. I love it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and prioritizing tasks. Marking them as complete as we go. We are able to organize our meetings and set up plans for future projects. We are able to communicate about almost everything in 1 place.

If you need to create surveys, organize projects, share documents with other employees or even customers,Airtable makes it easy!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the advantages of this platform is that you can work your projects using the details of your clients in detail, the main panel is like a calculation daughter, which makes it very easy to use. You can make collaborations in real time with your work team and integrate very well with Zapier

No objection to this incredible software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love working on our marketing projects, which is why we have used it in those that have a large database that we could not waste to run our marketing campaigns. It's amazing how my team and I managed to use all that information to define tasks in our strategy without making big mistakes, sending emails, posting on social networks, everything has turned out in our favor and our number of clients has increased, all thanks to the help of this platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love airtable because it is flexible. I am able to use it for more than just time sheets. It works for anything you need to organize or document. Farmers can utilize and so could. Soccer team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The down side is that it could be a bit confusing the non accountants

I am able to memorialize time sheets and invoices with the same app
Quick and easy tool for digital content
What do you like best about the product?
Having content calendar in a web-based location, multiple people can add/edit at once. Can see everything I need to know about an upcoming post in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see an ability to track edits made by another user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps with content management. Helps keep an organized schedule of blog topics, author, photos and calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable lets our sales teams coordinate more easily with our operations teams to keep track of clients and make sure that our CRM is maintained up to date without confusing the sales folks by trying to teach them how to use a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike, other than it takes a little getting used to since it is a different software than most people have used for working with data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to keep track of our projects, sales leads, and to coordinate and track efforts across our various teams. I personally use it to help keep track of what our sales teams are up to in real time. We used to just store our things in excel sheets that each person kept to themselves, now we are way more on top of things!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great product for sharing information amongst teams! Many of our groups have different shared Airtable sheets.
An excellent tool to manage your projects from the minimum, and in a versatile way
What do you like best about the product?
I like airtable because it allowed me to take control of my administrative projects, and when I come up with an idea of how a spreadsheet works, it becomes so simple that it allows me to keep control of my data, obtaining it in a more organized way, its templates are flexible and configurable, because Airtable is attractive because it is quite complete, it allows employees to keep up with their activities, and I love it because I distinguish my most popular and common clients, with this application everything is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great that our customers can see our answers when there are questions and doubts, I do not like that at the beginning its interface is very complicated, and there is little information about its use for project management, I had to go to several tutorials on YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a stealthy way to evaluate my projects and this software has everything we were looking for, it helped me accomplish my tasks, and I could supervise who was responsible for other components so that the project could be carried out and delivered on time to our Bosses, because the communication with this software is quite fluid and it is useful because it allowed the collaborators to communicate with us through one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable makes your project management easier and simpler, just try it, you will not regret it, at the beginning you just need to soak up information, but just see a few tutorials. It's a pretty complete software.

The fact that airtable is both a spreadsheet and a database whilst not being either, is what makes this product the best

Pricing plans can get pricey for real business use, especially when revisions is important

Ability to share and collaborate on tabular information. We use Google sheets slot, however there are times where sheets is not the right option. Airtable has allowed me to have power sheets that can be shared with colleagues and clients
