Amazing Resource for Non-profits!
What do you like best about the product?
This resource is not only super user friendly, it allows us to increase productivity and streamline standard processes. My team can use Airtable easily and efficiently and it has made a huge difference in how we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes! We really appreciate the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Airtable primarily for human resources, client and customer relations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and works similar to a spreadsheet, which is what I used before. It is a straight-forward software that makes collaboration very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before Airtable, my company just used an Excel spreadsheet. Although it involved less collaboration and manual edits, it was a free service for us - Airtable is a bit pricey especially when you have to add many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable can be a really strong resource for business management.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Airtable - I’ve referred at least ten people! So easy to use and I love the freedom of creativity. I just wish there was more accessibility in the free version.

I love Airtable so much. It's beautiful, easy to use, and super powerful. I recommend it to any of my clients that need database software that isn't expensive.

The learning curve is pretty steep, but once you figure it out it's smooth sailing!

I like the friendly interface that makes this application easy to learn and adapt to my needs.

good option to store important information
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very good option because I was able to store my files and organize them by tables and alphabetically

I did not like that it can be slow at times but it improves in a matter of minutes

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Airtable is almost limitless and I continue to learn how to implement more of our day-to-day business operations into it! From managing 20+ spreadsheets, all I now use is Airtable. The privacy settings make it so easy to share your data with the right people to make quicker decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could link between work bases. There's only so much you can add in one work base but would be great to sync data between different work bases. I also wish there was more flexibility with the Airtable forms, similar to what JotForm offers in its form product. If only Airtable and Jotform married...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking scholarship applications, managing contractor/volunteer/employee contact lists, speaker management, managing event operations with my team, planning a conference, managing finance reporting and more! I use Airtable daily for almost all facets of our business. My favorite tool by far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable has cut down data-retrieval time and has made our team more efficient and transparent. In general, it made work more enjoyable.

I like how easy it is to set up and use and all of the various views that can be created to tailor the information to the way you'd like to visualize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color scheme and some of the lack of UI cohesion when it comes to switching views and interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing a very large number of projects across highly siloed and matrixed organizations and have a ton of people using it. Its been very effective and easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is a great product but there are also a lot of others in the space. Be sure to do your due diligence and check your requirements against all vendors as the devil is in the details. Fortunately Airtable was the right product choice for us.
Incredible organization for processes and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive and powerful. Additionally, there are a lot of ways to be flexible. It's possible to add categories to project management without starting all over again, you can prioritize by timeline, priority level, task assignments - super flexible and helpful to keep everyone on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit challenging to integrate with other processes or products. I've had an easier time linking things through an automation like zapier than i have with airtable. It's hard/not possible to like two bases. I wish that there was a different way for forms to populate or edit once they have been received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing a lot of parallel processes that have different users and responsibilities. It's really helpful to prioritize large projects in a way that everyone can see and it's clear where progress has been made or where we're stuck.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to really do your research and see if it has what you need for your project. Watch the videos - it makes a lot more sense and gives you a better idea of it's power and functionality.
