Amazing organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and exceptionally helpful when coordinating with multiple deadlines and contributors at once, my company would be lost without Airtable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app itself is a bit slow to update, such as when deadlines are changed or items are crossed off someone's to-do list, but the online version is a quick remedy to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in publishing, we are able to use Airtable to plan out future and current titles, organize author contact information, as well as targeted media lists for marketing, and the ease of using the different views for different projects can streamline production calendars and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very customizable, easy to use, and useful for a variety of projects and management styles.
Airtable for complex scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very capable tool that I would not hesitate recommending to any company. I have tried a variety of the products that are meant to compete in the same space and I don't think any other program exists in the same space as Airtable. It is a pleasure to use and easy to teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas that Airtable has fallen short. You are unable to add to the limit and currently there is no way to link one "base" to another "base".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running a complex schedule with hundreds of employees. I have been able to accomplish all goals I have set out to with Airtable.
Any Plan made better with Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the 6 different formats to available because they really do have one to fit just about any project. Whether you are working on and editorial calendar for your monthly content posting schedule or creating a maintenance schedule for the service in your fleet, either can be accomplished with ease and a professional look with airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any complaints although only used briefly for a trial period to see what features were included. I have read that it has some formatting issues especially with wrapping long text strings in a cell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on an editorial calendar to schedule content posting for a friend of mines auto garage and detail shop. It was easy to use, with virtually no learning curve, very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to use it for many different needs. Because of the vast amount of features and abilites, it is easy to use it for any kind of data recording needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking in baseline features like connecting different bases to communicate.

Lack of organization in any department that deals with data.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, powerful, simple. We gradually moved all our workflows and data to Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more options for two way sync with other apps and webflow CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fundraising, expense tracking, recruiting, managing team, managing projects, contact & email mangement, event registration and more. We have become 10x more effective with Airtable. It's like having an in-house software team.

Great option for my database needs
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customizability, the design, the ease of use, the options for many different attachment types
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot share the database at a public URL because I’m compiling and organizing public resources and public information in a convenient way for people

Finally a cohesive space to collect resources and qualitative data for research

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is allowing us to consolidate multiple programs into one place. All of our records will be connected and we will be able to lower our costs by only having the one program. We have found a lot of use for the different view options and like that the different views can be shared outside of airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could link bases. We would like to separate some information biased on who is working on which part of a project so it would be nice if we could have one main base and smaller sub-bases that connected when we needed. The main view is also a spread sheet so I keep thinking it operated just like Excel and it has some of the functions but not as much as I would prefer being a spreadsheet junky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving money and our records will be more complete, easy to access and to keep updated!
Great product for data aggregation
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable has been a great system for us to collaborate better as teams across our company, and even set up a number of automation pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still are a bit sad that some of the integrations with other platforms isn't quite as robust (like Slack and other integral tools to our daily activities).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to bring all our systems of record/data under one roof for documentation purposes to impact training internally and customer knowledge externally.

It's a great product for anyone looking to make managing data easier and is a great collaborative tool for anyone with teams that are spread out across different areas and departments.
