What do you like best about the product?
I can use airtable for business and personal. I can manage all of my projects in one place. I also LOVE the form. I have yet to use all of the features and I am still blown away by this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike about airtable. It is so easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to stay organized and track task. Increased efficiency. Workflow support. Enhances communication. There are so many benefits I can't believe I found them!

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is the most flexible tool i’ve ever used. It’s easy to use and the realtime collaboration is incredible. The differents views are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve found nothing that we truly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re using Airtable as a product backlog and as a translation management tool. Since we’re using it, it’s been a lot easier to plan the sprint and the communication between differents teams has improved.

Incredible Database and Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Airtable looks like a spreadsheet but functions like a database. The interface is very intuitive. There are features for attaching resources. Airtable is perfect for team collaboration. We can all add information to a project and all relevant relationships are updated. The blocks are cool also!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about Airtable. It serves the needs of my organization perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking class enrollment and customer relations. We are also using Airtable to track team progress and contributions to class development projects. We have realized improved simplicity in accessing and understanding our data and project status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the simplicity of use and clear interface. Airtable is a standout solution for managing data and projects.
Airtable streamlines member data tracking
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the form view feature, which allows for seamless integration of end-users and internal record keeping. And of course, team collaboration is always a huge benefit, especially as parts of our team work remotely. We're also very happy with the flexible and well-documented API.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like the ability to link between bases, but it hasn't kept us from using Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously siloed information is now linked and automated. Updating one table means that the info is automatically updated in a linked table as well. It makes a huge difference in reducing the amount of manual data entry we need to do as an organization.
Easy to use, easy to collaborate, and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get started. No advanced knowledge of relational databases is needed to create a useful workspace. The web tutorials are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing from Airtable that would be very beneficial to have. One of these is reminders/notifications of deadlines in the calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We developed a tracking database for a research program using Airtable. The secure web-based functionality of Airtable has made collaborating with colleagues seamless.

If you are looking for an easy to use, flexible, collaborative product, Airtable is it!

What do you dislike about the product?
that it doesn't generate reports automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Donors organization, victims, clients, participants, classes, etc,.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Making it more like Microsoft Databases, where each base can be linked to each other within one workspace, and be able to generate reports and print those reports.
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The things it does well (forms and linked data) it does really well and is easy to use. The public/private links are also welcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Blocks feature is not that effective, there are some missing features that can cause serious issues like not having file upload limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked at the project to manage a team of 10-20 orgs in a cohort.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is flexible and adaptable to any number of possible needs and projects. High versatility and collaborative capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I would like more control over the look & feel, but that's secondary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The versatility allows us to adapt our projects and planning fluidly. The biggest benefit is agility and collaboration - allowing teams to share, filter, present, and process data. Simplicity.
Making our small organization easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
The pre-made templates and ability to only share with sho is needed, add documents and so many other fantastic advantages have really made this the best choice we could have made. Very pleased with how it is keeping us organized and on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had the opportunity to see anything in particular that I don't like, but I am a little overwhelmed with the options. There's so many possibilities that it is taking me some time to figure out what would be cool vs what is needed right now to get the job done or started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration between board members of a non profit organization. We are a working board and no devoted paid staff. All of our operations are done remotely, so having an online resource that we can use efficiently is important to keeping us running and helping those we serve.
