Keeps Our Global Marketing Team Organized and Moving Fast

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is our team’s go-to tool for managing everything from campaign workflows and editorial calendars to event planning and intake requests from other departments. It keeps our entire global marketing team on the same page and gives us a clear view of everyone's workload. The ability to customize views per person is a huge plus, and we love the email automations that keep both our team and other stakeholders updated without manual follow-ups. We use it daily, review it weekly, and honestly can’t imagine running our outbound marketing engine without it. It’s easy to use, flexible, and powerful without being overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to complain about, honestly. If anything, once a base is fully built out—with tables, automations, linked records, etc.—it can be hard to restructure it if your needs evolve. You often end up starting fresh with a new base if you want a cleaner setup. But to be fair, that’s kind of expected with a tool that’s this customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps us manage a high volume of marketing campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional requests in one centralized place. Before Airtable, we had information scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and slide decks, which made it hard to track ownership, status, and priorities—especially across a global team.

Now we have a single source of truth for everything. It helps us stay organized, streamline approvals, and respond faster to internal requests. The visibility it gives us into workloads and deadlines has been a big boost for planning and resource management. It’s also made our weekly team syncs much more productive because we’re all working off the same, real-time data.

So many use cases

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to use, especially for someone who hates spreadsheets. I feel like I can accomplish the same thing in spreadsheets or Airtable, plus easily create interfaces and dashboards off of that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least is the limited number of native integrations within Airtable. It almost always requires the use of a third-party tool for integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the need for data entry. I am able to give a junior-level data entry analyst the ability to enter in data without accessing the full database behind it.

Attended Introducing Airtable Assistant Presentation - WORTH EVERY MINUTE

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
ease to implement and share data with team members - quick to produce answers to questions about data - great place to simply dump data for later consumption. in 3 minutes a person can have a functioning database that anybody can use. we use it every day for data that we know is important or will be important in the future. The native integrations are everywhere. every other database likes to compare themselves to it but can't match its scope and breadth. the new AI implementation offers ease of use and is practically applied giving near immediate benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
like all good things - unless a person starts with the end in mind - or knows how to model data - even airtable cannot save a person from poor planning or no goals - airtable lacks a straightforward mode for enforcing referential integrity. that may be due to my ignorance but i come from the world of oracle data relational data systems and have not fully embraced other models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides quick responsive systems for adhoc queries of unstructured data without isolating the data from other systems

Using Air Table at work

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the functionality of Air table and how easy it is to link pages or create a database without having to know formulas like you do on excel. It's easier and faster to use. I also like that it can color code and turn data into a design. I think the younger colleagues at my office enjoy using Airtable more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has airtable which is challenge #1, so accessibility has limited my use of it because I can't collaborate with people on it if they don't have airtable.

Printing is such an issue. In the calendar setting, if the text is too long for the box when you print, the words will be cut off, which also means you can print to PDF with it either. That alone has made me go back to some of my other software.

I do think there's a learning curve with Airtable and it's not the easiest to find help if I need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create databases at a quicker rate and have it look nice and not have that take more time.

Small Business Database for Business and Data Management

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like to think of airtable as a mix of excel and a relational database with the ability to create interfaces to share data (both internally and externally) and limit users ability to alter it. Relative to excel it enforces data types better and allows you to join tables much better/quicker than complex formulas. Relative to a database, it is much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have used databases, some of the way it joins data are infuriating. If you want to reference data from 2 tables over (i.e. A joined to B joined to C and A wants data from C), each column from A has to be imported into B, then imported from B into A. This greatly complicates it. Also, while great that it allows public sharing of interfaces (which is useful for sharing information with customers without requiring them to create an airtable account, which none of mine would do), it is awkward if you want to share multiple interfaces. They have a really good overview interface which allows to create a single interface that accesses other interfaces...but that is not allowed for public sharing. Also, the page designer is a useful extension for creating documents from your data, but it feels like it hasn't been updating in years...the same requests have been around and the standard answer is pay for a third party tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a landscape design and gardening business. On the customer side, I use airtable to capture data on plants that I share with customers (about proposed plants included with their design). On the project management side, I use it to track nursery inventories (which nurseries have which plants in which sizes), calculate estimates/invoices for proposed designs, track tasks/time spent vs projected on installations, and link follow on notes to customers/projects/plants/nursery products so that I can track how my designs/plantings are performing. Airtable basically allows me to connect everything.

Airtable is all in one! It is the BEST software I have ever utilized.

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how it centralizes everything our team needs in one place. This makes it incredibly easy to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and stay up to date. The seamless collaboration amongst our team is effortless. Before Airtable, one of our biggest problem was organization of data and outcomes, but now data collection is a breeze! Something I used to dread doing has become exciting for me since Airtable makes exporting data so efficient. Our team is able to do more in half of the time that it would take us. The features have even reduced my stress levels. I can't recommend Airtable enough! It is a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could like Airtable to have the option of using multiple symbols within the same column. For example, the X & check mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of current solutions in process at the time.

Gamechanger for Small Nonprofit Doing Big Things

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to store complex data and relationships and display them in simple, easy to digest formats for folks that don't need to know all the details and might otherwise be easily overwhelmed by the amount and complexity of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are amazing but time consuming to set-up, some critical features involve writing formulas that often take some technical experience and consulting outside sources
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple sets of data (we book guests to produce live shows to generate content to turn into radio episodes) that have are all interrelated and Airtable allows us to look at all the data holistically (instead of bouncing between various Google Sheets and making updates in multiple places). It saves us a ton of time and also makes sure we aren't missing anything. The automations also allow us to access that data to create small, digestible reports (like itineraries) for guests which saves me a ton of time.

Airtable: My Go-To Tool for Getting Things Done

  • April 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed using Airtable! It's incredibly easy to navigate, and I was able to get started quickly thanks to its well-organized and helpful support library. It’s flexible and intuitive, making it a great fit for my role and the type of work I do. Whether I'm managing projects, organizing data, or collaborating with others, Airtable has the tools I need without feeling overwhelming.

I use it every day for a variety of projects and tasks. There's always a way to incorporate Airtable into my work, and I truly enjoy discovering new features that make my job easier.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly and powerful platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the payment tiers/system is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me solve several workflow and data management challenges. I use it to track class offerings, enrollments, payments, and eventually to support reporting—all in one place. It's streamlined what used to be scattered across multiple tools or spreadsheets.

It’s also become an essential tool for managing projects with multiple levels and deliverables. In some cases, it even fills gaps where our existing systems, like Salesforce, fall short. Airtable’s flexibility allows me to build custom solutions quickly, which saves time and keeps everything organized and easy to access.

I tell everyone -- it is like Excel on steroids. It has made our data so much more dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to teach myself and have a coworker help me. It is certainly not intuitive, and I had an issue with timely support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our data incredibly dynamic. I love the connectivity within the platform.
