Functional and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
File viewability and ease of filtering. I like creating multiple views for different scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't connect to other platforms as easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows all teams in my company to work out of one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interfaces that you can make and how easy and intuitive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a learning curve however there are plenty of resources I have found to offset it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the task of tracking a huge Leadring and Development ongoing project and allowing us to clearly communicate to our management team where employees are at and how to grow them.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a big help to manage a number of programs at my organization. It helps me capture important information about volunteers in a cohesive and efficient way. The forms are very easy to design and use. It has automations that have been helpful to manage the programs so I do not have to respond to everything that is submitted to the forms. These forms are used on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like there is no way to change the color of or seperate data in the grid view from year-to-year. I also think the grid view to excel on Google Drive intergration and communication could be more efficient and accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be able to manage my volunteer programs in a one stop shop format to get demographic data on each volunteer, manage resource material mailings, collect community engagement data, and leverage automations to help streamline program requests and reporting processes.

Slam dunks over google sheets or excel

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use airtable as a PIM, but also have tons of other sheets that are use for Project management to issue tracking. It's integration with Zapier or Make mean it's easy to still manage your information in the way we're all familar with (spreadsheets), but it is so much easier to use than Google sheets or Excel online. Real time collaboration is awesome. Additionally you can embed certain views on your website for easy viewing
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky at times. There aren't a ton of plugin's and sometimes, what seems like simple tasks are tremendously difficult if simply not possible. Example, do you want a direct link to an image that you've posted on airtable (so it can be downloaded else where), won't work and Airtable has said they don't intend to support this. So we've had to setup a Zapier connection to store all the images elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super inexpensive PIM (couple hundred dollars a month compared to 4 figures), that we can easily customize to our needs. Scrum / Project management tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable database tools are easy to use and to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing is a little complicated. I have trouble with sorting out details on invoices and receipts. The customer support for billing has not always been easy to navigate as it relies heavily on digital tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like best about Airtable is its incredible flexibility. What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate Airtable’s intuitive design and ease of use for everyday projects, I’ve found that it can feel a bit limiting for power users. The platform excels at surface-level tasks and standard workflows, but when it comes to more complex projects, I sometimes wish I had more granular control over the database. It would be great to see options for deeper customization of the data structure and advanced settings, which would allow users with more technical needs to fully tailor the tool to their unique requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has been a game changer for managing our custom workflows. It lets us build a pipeline to track our unique processes and monitor key opportunity windows in one place. This setup ensures that every stage—from initial review to final follow-up—is clearly visible, reducing the risk of missing a critical deadline. The result is improved organization and a smoother, more efficient workflow that keeps our team aligned and responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has allowed me to gain an accurate look at the scope of my business to clients and clients to events. I am able to better see and forcast the future scaling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is pretty steep. We are attempting to create a system to process all data we enter to track Over head assets and client relations along with Crew and expansion of crew. We need to grow the business carefully so as not to take on too much work and not too little work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me too accurately forcast the years events and manage my cash flow better. Also giving me the ability to see where I can increase budget.

Best tool ever

What do you like best about the product?
I used to handle different data sets for investment research and operations on MS Access and loved having the data but it was cumbersome to use and collaborate. When I found Airtable through a VC we worked with switched immediately, easily done. We keep data in one place, create 'windows' into the data as needed, and integrate with other tools. Use it every single day for work and even for some personal projects. Customer service is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is so good, I haven't found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing duplicated data sources, linking existing sources in new ways for tools, insights, etc. Sky is the limit.
