What do you like best about the product?
Airtable gives us the flexibility to make the software work for our needs, not just accept features that someone else has deemed important. The possibilities for customization is nearly infinite, and there are so many starter templates and examples of both how other users are implementing things already and a ton of help in the forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve to making Airtable work the way you want it to, and printing things out on paper seems to be an afterthought, which I understand for most people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system to track literally hundreds of our customers' assets that they rely on us to keep up-to-date and maintain a record of what we've done for them. Airtable allowed us to create a backend where many different tables (customers, assets, customer requests, products we need to order, etc.) can all 'talk' to each other and display their information in ways that we can get things completed and keep customers confident that we're taking care of their equipment.

Amazing Tool for Content Planning and Project Management for Publications

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Airtable for about 7 years now. I first learned about it from a fellow editor when I was looking for a tool to help my content creation team to store and track our story ideas throughout the publication process and to store all that info in one place and be able to share it with our team. Previously, we were using a Google Sheet and there just wasn't enough functionality to do what we wanted to do.

I absolutely love Airtable and all of the improvements they've made throughout the years. It not only allows you to store your information but thanks to all of the filtering, sorting, and grouping options, you can actually make your data work for you and get at-a-glance updates throughout the publication process super quickly. It always made it so easy to track exactly where we were at -- for assigning stories, status updates where each story was in the process, what had been reviewed and what hadn't. I could go on and on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love is about Airtable is that it's evolved so much that it's a bit overwhelming now. There really is so much you can do with apps and integrations, and it's a bit hard for a novice to wrap their head around, even though they do offer plenty of webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that I've transitioned to full-time freelance, I use Airtable to keep track of my clients and prospects, my assignments and related tasks, and my business goals. It helps me stay on top of everything and I love that I can pull so many pieces of related data together all under one assignment -- the client, the Google doc, the tasks (interviewing, researching, writing, sending for review), and ultimately the published piece. I constantly recommend it to others!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralize my company's workflows and stay on the same page as colleagues and keep all our spreadsheets in one place. I use it daily now and can't imagine work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve - it can take a little while to figure out how to use it in a way that works for you most efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small independant PR firm, Airtable has helped us keep media lists, contact info, and client goals and projects straight, and work seamlessly from one person to another.

What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile, great data management, has flexibilty in workflow, seamless collaboration, and scalability for any project size. Lot's of great integrations. I use it daily and it has my job a lot more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bases tend to work slower when they reach a certain amount of data (but that's to be expected).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great integrations and makes managing data very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the relational/linking features Airtable provides. Having the ability to sync data in multiple places allows us to view the info we need all in one places versus digging through spreadsheets. It's also much more visually appealing than spreadsheets. I also love that we can create forms and they'll auto upload - again, avoiding having to store information in multiple places.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's helpful to have the ability to put a lot of information in 1 place, though I don't think it's totally intuitive starting out. It has been a big learning curve for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to move away from tons of spreadsheets, and overall simplifying our data management processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has made importing and displaying data with dashboards easier. Enhancements include upgrades to Airtable interfaces to allow for easier sharing or locking down of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more personal support resources to get setup and make integration easier. If someone hasn't used Airtable before, there will be gaps in knowledge and challenges to get setup since there is so much you can do with Airtable. Having access too an expert to talk through capabilities and setup will help a user setup the base properly to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable integrates a number of our tools into one platform and helps us eliminate data duplication.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is fully customizable, allowing separate custom databases, tables and fields, which and can interact with each other. The builin automation allows me update run automations with in Airtable and connect Airtable with other platforms using webhooks and endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit to the size of the database. But that is ok for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our main production CRM it is managing our business and our customers.

Easy to use tracking system

What do you like best about the product?
I love how all the tables are interconnected and all update as one. Airtable is so easy to use and I love how many automations I can create
What do you dislike about the product?
the lookup field coluns are not as clear as I would like them to be. The icon looks like all of the other field types. I would like for the columns to either be a gradient different or the icon to be a different color.
Also, in the calendar, you can't see all events in 1 date if there are more than 2. I would like for there to be an option where you can view more than 1 project per date in the calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I can collectively work on projects and look at calendars to plan out our months ahead

What do you like best about the product?
I love Airtable and all the functionality. It's amazing to be able to sort and view data, use automations, and keep track of things that previously got lost in the shuffle in my business. I love the forms and being able to use data that's submitted without any additional lift.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the limit on the ai tools. But definitely not a dealbreaker

Helping me keep track of data and ideas. Making it easy to find what I need.
