What do you like best about the product?
The dedicated negotiators attached to our team save a lot of time from daily operations. Very good and reponsive customer support from their side we definately have felt heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few technical gliches made onboaring a bit more difficult than it should of been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we did not have a unified service with all our SaaS spending in one place, Cloudeagle definately has solved this issue for us. A lot of people were spending their time going back and forth between vendors and users internally, which has 100% been streamedlined with Cloudeagle. Cloudeagle creating the workflows and reaching out to users about renewals has reduced my teams (operations) workload to focus on things with a much larger ROI.
