What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support. The UI (bar some feature requests). Cost saving measures. AI elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not complete. There are a lot of areas (at least for us) that are blank. Some guidance on fields would be an additional feature we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of "truth" for our SaaS tooling. Who is the admin, what team is it for, who chases contracts, how much are we spending, when are renewals, how many users. What are alternatives?
