I really like to use salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, we can access from anywhere, is one of the most important customer Relation management platform, help teams to make faster decisions based on customers data

The could Enhance AI yo better understand the client financial goals

Manual repetitive processes; action plan and workflow automation streamline recurring task as onboarding, compliance checks and follow up.
The team can save time, reduce error and focus on building relationships instead of chasing paperwork

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is how it brings everything into one place. As an investment advisor, I can see a full picture of the client’s profile, including financial goals, interactions, and account details which helps me provide more relevant advice. It also makes collaboration with relationship managers much smoother since we’re working off the same information in real time. Overall, it saves time and helps us deliver a more personalized client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging is that some parts of the system feel overly complex or require too many clicks to get to simple information. And also, it takes quite a bit of training for new team members to feel comfortable using it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex client relationships and their financial needs in one place. Before using it, keeping track of all interactions, accounts, and financial goals was time-consuming and prone to errors.

Actually, solves the need of any business, mostly suited for midsize business, but very helpful for managing finances

Licenses are very expensive compared to what you get

The ability to have access to all the new features that gov cloud does not have

The fact that I also use gov cloud plus and it is limited or does not have the access that service cloud has

It is a great tool is if set up well. Take the time to understand how long things actually take to develop and implement.

The time it takes to set everything up and deploy I'd much longer than anticipated.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform with continuous enhancements and a team of account executives that are brilliant to help navigate. Data model is fit for wealth management activities and make it easy to provide good client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Einstein activity capture which we are heavily relying on is flaky and not working properly and the Salesforce support team is not able to help !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data model supporting wealth management activity and allow to provide colleagues a 1 stop shop to provide a great client experience. Feature keep being added to improve colleagues and client experiences.

Household accounts and Financial Accounts changed how we're able to interact with customers

Some of the objects are too granular in the object model

                            Challenging Implementation But Worth It In The End.
What do you like best about the product?
The core functionality of FSC is amazing. The scalability is wonderful and customization is simple. Native enhancements are thoughtful. I wouldn't even think anything would be able to compete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhancements are focused on banking and insurance. It would be nice if there was an emphasis on wealth management and more integrations. Also, would be wonderful to have a focus on relationships not sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
