Great solution for a growing problem for many companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is always running and gives peace of mind that if there is an issue there is a backup available to recover from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interface is a little cryptic to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to have confidence that our cloud email and files are safely backed up in case of failure. We have used this multiple times to recover from both technical failures and user error.

What do you like best about the product?
Our businesses run on email and losing access to our legacy communications is a threat business continuity. Anything can fail in this world including vendors that we rely on like our email providers. I trust both Google and Microsoft with with my data and that of my customers. However, it's my job to have customers protected from large scale vendor failure, malicious employess and end user mistakes.
It takes just a few minutes to set up and then you know you are protected. Once it's set up it just keeps running in the background all of the time.
Once dropsuite is in place you can relax and sleep well every night.

What do you dislike about the product?
The process and support are both very good. It's hard to think of something that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a safety net for my customers data in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Set it and forget it. We appreciate the ease of use, ease of implementation.

None yet. So far, we have not encountered issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropsuite has proved a usefull tool to archive old accounts from Google into DropSuite for long term storage. Once you get through the hassle of learning how to use it. Dropsuite does as advertised and saves us costs in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The difference between the Partner Portal and the Customer Account is confusing when you buy directly from DropSuite. You need to have someone at DropSuite explain it to you, because it is NOT intuitive which each log in does.
2. DropSuite documentation is dated, lacking and offers minimal value.
3. Support is a bit spotty and not always helpful.
4. Not sure if this is a google issue or a dropsuite issue, if an account in google is suspended, you must reactive that account then move it into dropsuite, then suspend the account again in google.
5. Transfer rates can be slow.

Easy to setup and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Drop suite is one of those rare web applications that works as expected and time to recover data is very timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Dropsuite- happy customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Backupify. The experience with that software and the support was abysmal. Recovering data was a pain and support was non-existent.
Fantastic product at a great price point with support to back it up

A single product which takes away the headache of backup and archiving of M365, which just works.
From setup to the day-to-day use the product is intuative and has a clean interface.
The support team are very responsive and knowledgable when needed.
The search function is very comprehensive and the fact users can restore (If granted permission) from their backup removes some of the support overhead.
Other things I liked:
Not just a single restore point per day.
Only backing up mailboxes if mail has been journalled.
Shared mailboxes are included.
AD synch for both adding users and SSO logon.
Granular account permissions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The add-in for Outlook is very limited and the folder view is a little clunkier than the previous product we used, but the search more than makes up for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropsuite has replaced two previous products with one and reduced the number of pyhsical servers we require.

Excellent and easy to use Email Archiving Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is what I look for in any software. Sync between Google and Dropsuite is very easy. It is easy to add and remove users and retrieve the data when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropsuite can bring in more features such as notification or DLP along with Archiving so that we can have one single dashboard for all the solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During any accidental delete, it is very easy to restore the emails. Also we can save the emails for 11 years which is very much required from compliance point of view.

What do you like best about the product?
I think I like the auto provisioning feature the most for this solution. Just make sure you have licneses and it automatically adds new accounts on the fly which saves me time having to go and check off the account to have it backed up for the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that when I need to restore files it was a bit tricky to restore the first time, but once you do it a time or two it gets easier. I think making the restore process easier would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution gives me an affordable solution for providing client backups and the ability to restore when they delete something they need and could not recover another way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement and considerably affordable
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution needs to go for widely-recognised accreditation such as ISO27001.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need on-premise hardware, and can do/offer Backup as a Service.
Dropsuite Backup Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The silent backup of all emails is the best solution of Google Workspace and Office365 users as we can delete excess emails from the inbox and trust dropsuite to have our emails saved there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike right now. I have been using for 6 months and it is awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup of emails from office365 and google workspace, that too without any space restriction. This is good as one of my clients get about 3Gb of emails per day so he is extremely happy.
