Effective and reliable insight tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool to improve customer experiences and team performance. With an intuitive interface, it has each and everything needed to track call records and chat conversations. The inbuilt logic provides insights into our customer agent’s performance, customer experience, and detailed risk analytics - which would have taken a humongous amount of time and manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing, to be honest! I don't have anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing the communication with prospects and customers. Proactively saving us from customer dissatisfaction.
