What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup. Defining the endpoints was simple and intiuative. I also liked the support we got.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't used it long enough to find anything yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no standard way of monitoring our systems in our fractured enivorment. This gave us great visibility into our other locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment. Slick interface. The intelligence of finding items to monitor on your devices. Price is per device, not service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit complex. Alerts are done different than other products, and take some getting used ot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our device status, and their performance. Easily achieved dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is well thought out and very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any monitoring software, tuning the alerts is time-consuming, but with LM it is fairly easy to accomplish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Solar Winds to monitor our environment. LM is doing a much better job
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LogicMonitor is great software and the company is even better to work with. They want you and your installation to be a success!

What do you like best about the product?
We can add multiple dashboards as per requirement and it is very useful to monitor all the servers and devices easily. We can easily recognize the issue as easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am using Logic Monitor for the last year there are so many improvements and still, I am expecting that things can make user-friendly so that everyone can easily access and use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Cloud Engineer and Infrastructure Engineer, we are using Logic Monitor for monitoring the server as CPU utilization, CPU alerts, memory utilization, and many more.

I have t found anything that I really dislike yet

We can monitor our entire environment from servers, networks, and telephony. we also can monitor applications and other systems in our environment

What do you like best about the product?
The indepth capabilities that Logic monitoring can provide. These additional levels of data could be a game-changer for certain customers when looking to their service provider for insights into their infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't played enough with the applications, but the graphics and GUI do look a bit outdated. Nothing against the performance, but the first look impressions do look outdated and could use a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had an opportunity to jump full into logic monitor yet. Our teams are rolling this globally in the coming months.

I like the all contained in this training from the starting to end.

in this LogicMonitor if you describe in more depth, like which alert is generating for which purpose

As we found now, we will monitor the server performance, disk, and all other services.

What do you like best about the product?
We have recently migrated our on premise monitoring solution over to LigicMonitor. The transition was easy and we are gathering even more detailed metrics without the need to deal with maintaining our own infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the downsides are fairly non existent. We had no issues migrating our custom scripts and templates into LogicMonitor. More dashboard widgets would be appreciated to display metrics with more detail, but surely not a deal breaker!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using LogicMonitor to fill a void in monitoring non standard devices. The power behind the scripting allows us to create the appropriate methods of communicating with these devices to achieve our goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would verify that you have the ability to utilize scripting to accomplish your goals.

Can be accessed from Mobile using the App or from any browser
Cost-effective for an all-in-one monitoring solution
What do you dislike about the product?
More on sound alerting, if there could be a tool that can be installed to alert you via sound instead of the browser as it doesn't work very well. Could improve on this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring hardware and Network outages, centralized logging for troubleshooting issues, SSL and hardware expiry.
So far, it has been helping but I'm still configuring/tweaking stuff so that I don't get bombarded with unnecessary alerts.7:56 AM 17/2/2022

If you need a solution that can monitor your infrastructure from anywhere, has 24/7 online support, is highly compatible with most (if not, all) hardware, is cost-effective and easy to deploy and manage....then LOGIMONITOR is the ONE
