Great password manager - does the job
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic login to sites that are in the LastPass vault. Convenience in securely storing passwords and the ability to sort into categories, and share folders, and other information with selected people/roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the prompting gets in the way of some websites when trying to enter text. The Vault UI could do with some updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure storage of passwords, sharing information with collegues. Automatic login to webistes / apps etc.

Easy to store passwords, recall works most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass logs out too frequently, even on machines that are trusted.

LastPass allows me to share passwords with co-workers.
Keep track of complicated passwords
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass helps keep track of complicated passwords. and we all know that the more complicated the password, the harder it is to have our accounts hacked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about LastPass is the charge for an individual to use it on multiple devices.

helping me by remembering complicated passwords and keeping my data safe

Last Pass is so easy to use with excellent features, very secure and value for money
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike about LastPass.

Having access to all my data in place on multi platforms is great.
Ahead of the pack
What do you like best about the product?
It's stable, easy to use, affordable, and most of all, likely the most secure out of all the password manager options, precisely because at one point Lastpass had security problems, which they fully disclosed, scrambled to fix, and now are the most savvy out of the choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of, and the reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10, is that once in a while, I find the Lastpass entries to be unclickable. When that happens, I have to uninstall my Chrome extension and reinstall it. Then it all works again. It's liveable, and I'm confident the problem will eventually resolve itself. It's minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password sharing between home and business is essential for us. There's plenty of crossover, in part because we run a home business.
Decent password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and secure. Clean usable interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit glitchy, especially when it comes to offline use on mobile

Keeping many complex passwords secure and at hand when needed.
Fast, secure, and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
how quickly the biometric login grants me access to my logins
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the overlay from chrome doesn't allow you to see exactly which login you're selecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel my digital accounts are more secure, as I can setup unique passwords for my accounts and not repeat the same password over and over again on different accounts.
I adore Last Pass
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, I have it on my pc, my laptop, and my mobile. They are in sync and it so easy to keep track of all your passwords and sites. I love the level of organization it give my poor ADHD brain. I like that it can give me a secure password if I don't want to have to think about it, but if I need to go back and change it the process is simple. I love having the family plan. It just makes life so much simpler not having to worry about keeping up with all my passwords and logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had zero problems with Last Pass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Keeping up with all my zillion logins and passwords would be daunting without out some sort of service and Last Pass does a good job.
Life is complicated enough...
What do you like best about the product?
Without having to remember long complicated passwords and web links for multiple sites as everywhere requires an account. I am very aware of the dangers of using the same password for multiple sites especially when even larger businesses get hacked. I love the fact that Laspass works on multiple devices with one account all of which I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight downside is sometimes within applications or apps on Windows the autofill can be hit and miss but can be got around with opening an extra web page, access the vault and copy/paste the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember which complicated password I have used for which website.
A very clean interface, and it simply works. It helps me stay security conscious.
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface. I've tried others and LastPass has the best layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, after an update, I need to sign in every time I open LastPass. That gets annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sites and passwords for myself and our companies wouldn't be possible without LastPass. I currently have over 400 individual sites/passwords, plus a few hundred secure notes.
