Robust password manager for business needs
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass removes the need to remember passwords for all the different logins that happen in life now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does get confused and tries to fill fields that aren't username or password fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to remember passwords is ever growing, and last pass removes that burden. I only have to remember one password.
LastPass is Worthwhile
What do you like best about the product?
My wife and I utilize LastPass on 5 devices, including a Windows laptop and 4 IOS and MacOS devices. We use the family plan and keep track of inidividual and shared accounts for work, personal finance, e-commerce and other applications. It is easy to install and use, and supports apps, as well as web-based sites. It is especially helpful in assessing the strength of passwords that we choose, and it also supports passwordless operation. LastPass is especially alert about seeing new apps and sites and recording their credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toughest part of using LastPass -- if you're serious about getting feedback on duplicated passwords -- is setting up domain equivalence. This is required when multiple sites/apps utilize a centralized security system or site providing single sign-on. It can be accomplished, but the setup seems a bit awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass is enabling me to utilize more secure authentication to apps/sites that I use than I would have otherwise. I am changing passwords with more regularity and less worry than before.
Excellent service that makes managing my passwords easier.

Easy to use and add new passwords to and to share to my team when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
What needs to improve is the manner in which my master password hides the actual password when I need to use it elsewhere!

LastPass Saves The Day (Usually)
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great password vault, can be used across an organization and share with others outside of our organization. Helps us keep track of all passwords without having to remember each one or save it to a specific computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very slow sometimes, adding new passwords takes awhile to populate. The chrome extension blocks the text box most of the time which impacts when changing to a new password.

Having to remember multiple passwords

What do you like best about the product?
The vault and the dashboard is intuitive. I like being able to share passwords with other members of the team. It is good for use within an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into a few glitches where the password is hidden and when I unhde it, it shows the correct password for half a second before changing it to some old password. I've found a workaround is to show the history and it works fine, but I can't figure out why that is happening.

It is helping us become compliant with our data protection and from maintaining security across all of our platforms.
Good for managing passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to save a variety of different passwords and content to the vault. I like how easy it was to setup and integrate with my browsers. I also like how the extension works and is quick to use when logging into websites. I have used their customer service and they are usually pretty quick at responding and fixing problems I have run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem had a while back where they got hacked did cause some problems and we did reset all of our passwords to be safe. They did put mroe measures in place so it wouldn't happen again, but in today's world, it is hard to say anyone is unhackable.

Managing passwords and sharing passwords amoung users.

To many popup, no way to disable google chrome extention temporary for some www site.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't use many so my only experience is with LastPass. I have not had any issues with the Chrome plugin. I like that I can access any information from the plugin. I can set to auto login.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is within the Admin console. I've needed to contact support to get better reporting on stale users, identifying who's not using the app so I can provide accurate cost analysis for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously, LastPass provides a central location to store and retrieve any password securely. Some stored credentials can be easily shared amongst a team. I also like the ability to generate a random secure password.
Great for internal sharing amongst teams
What do you like best about the product?
The sharing between team members. Customization of item types. Easy administration. Passwordless authentication is great. Autofill generally works pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous security issues, which we onboarded after their last major incident. Administrator interface sometimes goes wonky when resetting or transferring user. User's being signed out can sometimes cause confusion. Password resets and MFA can sometimes cause end user headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better company wide password manager. We tried a few self hosted options but it lacked some of the features that we would need for onboarding/offboarding/transferring and sharing.
