What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and overall security ability
What do you dislike about the product?
They were hacked, but assuming all of this has been remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to keep track of passwords and protection against spoofing websites/emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the LastPass Dashboard with side panel view and the quick write in category for item listing. I also like the 2FA security key option, other password programs don't offer these options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see LastPass develop a crypto wallet option for each of the most popular crypto's like BTC-XRP-XLM-DOGE-ETH and SHIBA-INU...If LastPass wants to control their password market then a crypto wallet option with the best security will do it for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass benefits me in that all I have to do is enter the info and passwords and I don't need to worry about remembering where I stored my info, it's stored in LastPass when I need it.
Excellent Password Manager for personal and business use
What do you like best about the product?
I use the LastPass everyday of my life. Easy way of generating and storing passwords for me and my family. Product is so easy to use so that all in my family can use it and it is easy to share across. I use it for my business passwords and credit cards as well. Software works for my PC and mobile phone.
Implementation and integration is as easy as downloading extension for browser and for mobile just downloading the app. Mobile software accepts fingerprint login which speeds up login.
My belief in their product is well deserved as I have been using it safely for many years and have been buying a family subscription each year. Best of all is that l have only one password(passphrase) to pass on if anything happens to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Possible security risk in that if anyone finds out what my Master password is they will have access to everything. However that onus lies on me, the risk would have been just as great if I was not using Lastpass. I understand there were breaches before, but the thieves on were able to farm emails.
PC logins can be a bit of a slog as you have to login, then email verify, login again and then authenticate on mobile app, but is alleviated with trust for 30 days option.

Providing me random secure passwords for sites that are not all the same.
I don't have to remember these and use the management software to have me login.
It also stores notes and credit card details that can be auto filled.
Sharing specific passwords to family members.
One password/passphrase to remember and pass on after death.

Indispensible security and productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes creating and storing secure passwords for all your sites across multiple devices easy. I have hundreds of passwords and this isn't easy to do otherwise. Using the business plan, I can share sensitive passwords with members of my team. The business plan also includes a free family plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin section is clunky. Signing in on a new device can take a while but I suppose that is for the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and using a large number of secure passwords. Creating secure passwords. Sharing passwords selectively with my team. Generating 2FA codes.

Difficult for an admin to reset their master password if there is an issue.

keeps all my passwords safe and allows autofil. Love the mobile app as well.

When I share the folder of passwords with the user they can sometimes see the passwords

saving all passwords and ability to change shared master password without notifying the user it is shared with.
Last pass is easy to use, secure, and simply makes my life easier

The feature set is robust and secure. It's easy to implement, integrates with my browsers seamlessly and I use it every day

There's nothing about LastPass that I dislike. I've not had to contact customer support in over 2 years

I'm obligated to maintain strong, random passwords and LastPass assists with my work and helps me be more productive

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass provides me with peace of mind and ease of use across all my devices. No more searching for sensitive information; add important notes as well, and keep non-password information in secure notes :) a great additional feature!

Nothing really, Lastpass has been working hard to keep up with all security changes and innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from the obvious, when creating important notes with sensitive information, I was always worried; the secure notes feature solved that.
Easy and secure password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Usability and access across all devices. ONE master password to remember to access hundreds of saved passwords. Biometrics work great with iPhone. This app has saved my life literally HUNDREDS of times!

Nothing to dislike! If they had a VPN service that would be amazing!

One master password to access hundreds of individual passwords for all my services.
Gamechange for personal and professional day-to-day online activity
What do you like best about the product?
The energy and time wasted creating and remembering passwords is effectively eliminated. Sharing passwords between family members or co-workers is a breeze... no more post-it notes or emails with sensitive information floating around. I use LastPass 20+ times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some websites cannot integrate the single sign-on function well, especially those with two-factor login or multiple login screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords between employees for group accounts (e.g. Accounts Payable) is excellent. Also sharing secure notes (e.g. company credit card and account numbers) is an excellent tool. Adopting LastPass has also changed our culture of security and forcing adoption with less pain.
