Fast, secure, and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
how quickly the biometric login grants me access to my logins
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the overlay from chrome doesn't allow you to see exactly which login you're selecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel my digital accounts are more secure, as I can setup unique passwords for my accounts and not repeat the same password over and over again on different accounts.
I adore Last Pass
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, I have it on my pc, my laptop, and my mobile. They are in sync and it so easy to keep track of all your passwords and sites. I love the level of organization it give my poor ADHD brain. I like that it can give me a secure password if I don't want to have to think about it, but if I need to go back and change it the process is simple. I love having the family plan. It just makes life so much simpler not having to worry about keeping up with all my passwords and logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had zero problems with Last Pass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Keeping up with all my zillion logins and passwords would be daunting without out some sort of service and Last Pass does a good job.
Life is complicated enough...
What do you like best about the product?
Without having to remember long complicated passwords and web links for multiple sites as everywhere requires an account. I am very aware of the dangers of using the same password for multiple sites especially when even larger businesses get hacked. I love the fact that Laspass works on multiple devices with one account all of which I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight downside is sometimes within applications or apps on Windows the autofill can be hit and miss but can be got around with opening an extra web page, access the vault and copy/paste the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember which complicated password I have used for which website.
A very clean interface, and it simply works. It helps me stay security conscious.
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface. I've tried others and LastPass has the best layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, after an update, I need to sign in every time I open LastPass. That gets annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sites and passwords for myself and our companies wouldn't be possible without LastPass. I currently have over 400 individual sites/passwords, plus a few hundred secure notes.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a decade into my relationship with LastPass and I can't imagine my life (or busienss) without it! Knowing that I have easily accessible, highly secure passwords and all my important data like insurance policies, the VIN for my car, social security numbers, etc. at my fingertips is essential. I am easily able to create client folders and securely save logins for their accounts. But most importantly I love knowing everything is secure in my vault!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say about 50% of the time the copy paste features don't work in a variety of scenarios. It's frustrating but I know how to manage it. My less technically saavy clients get truly confused and frustrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think of LastPass like an online safety deposit box. All of my confidential and critical data for both my business and personal life are stored in my account and accessible whenever I need access.

Very convinient way to keep your passwords secure and memory fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not problem using LastPass for meny years.

I am retiered for meny years. LastPass freed up my head and I haven't vorry about passfords.
Ease of mind
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all my information is securely in one place, reachable from multiple sources. With a busy lifestyle, I have so much on my mind already day to day. LastPass is one thing I don't have to remember all the details to. I love that it is secure, so I don't have to worry about whether all that information is safe or not. As far as ease of implementation, it reminds you to save your password, one less thing to remember, it does it for you. I use LastPass daily, multiple times a day, without issues. It has been easy to integrate it into my daily work, both from my phone and computer. Bonus, there is a free version!
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited to how many login sources you can have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of taking up space in my mind to remember every single password or login. It solves the problem of if my information is safe or not also. LastPass brings peace of mind when browsing and loggin in to my daily websites and memberships.
Love the ease of use across all devices
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can seamless switch between my phone, tablet, and computer without a lot of additional steps. Using the Face ID feature makes logging in for full passwords effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering all the passwords I have saved with some being financial, I was disappointed on how LastPass notified users of their data breach. The language was straight from a lawyer so the common person really could follow along with all the technical details. I understand risk and compliance but stop hiding behind it and just use layman terms when discussing such sensitive issues.

Remembering multiple different passwords that need to be changed frequently and making them tough to figure out.
