Essential piece of kit for peace of mind, better than secretserver
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, universality of access, especially as it operates over many firewalls

Well I would not like to see increase in price, the huge customer base should ensure competitiveness

Ensures my ability to do my work proceeds efficiently and unhindered
Easy-to-use program/app for remembering just about anything.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used LastPass for several years to keep track of just about anything I need to remember. In addition to my passwords, I have used it to remember answers to recovery questions, insurance info, and notes for just about anything. I like logging in with biometrics and the ease of logging into websites directly from the app on my phone or the program on the computer. I like that I can use it across multiple computers and on my phone. I also use the program to keep track of my parents' information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides. I have found it easy to use and it fits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The older I get the harder it is to remember my passwords. LastPass does exactly what it says it does and helps me set complex passwords and be able to retrieve them when needed.
Makes getting old less stressful!
What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass is a great tool to help streamline security and makes recallimg passwords so much easier. I am able to take it with me where ever I go, from home, work, school, camping, vacation.. you name it, lastpass has me covered. Best of all its extremely affordable and user friendly. I have been using lastpass for close to 10 years and I do not see myself changing to anything else. Love the Lastpass!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually have zero features that I dislike. Its honestly super easy to use and i feel secure knowing my passwords are safe!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it remembers all my passwords. These days you can have upwords of 50+ passwords to remember. Lastpass makes it easy.
Incredible for volunteer organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my non-profit organization can share access via a business account. We have security and piece of mind to safely and easily keep our accounts secure even though our team is scattered throughout multiple regions and time zones.
I also love that this was easy to set up and implement for a number of NON-TECHNICAL users. If they need access to a given account/password, we can quickly move that username/password to a shared folder for them. This was extremely easy to integrate to our workflow.
I'm also a huge fan of the password generator, which immediately adds the suggested password to my vault when I update a password or create a new count.
Finally, the ability to share (and quickly update) a stored credit card number for business use is something that I love. I use it at least once a week, and it was super easy for our staff to update the CC number when a new card was received without having to reach out to a number of volunteers (again, across the country) that all need to have access to the card number on demand.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I dislike yet. We haven't yet had an issue where someone's shared access needs revoked and their access immediately deleted. That could be a potential pain point, but I'm not entirely sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that LastPass solves for us is sharing multiple accounts and passwords (for things like our company zoom account or social media logins) for several people across the nation. This is extremely convenient and WAY more secure than a google doc or some other less secure solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using LastPass for almost 8 years and I can say that I have never looked back. It is the best in terms of usefulness, usability, security, and features. It is nice, secure, and full of features. I have been paying for it for a year now and I can say that it is excellent. It does not try to be something it is not and it does its job very reliably. I have recommended it many times before and will continue to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Android, it's a bit laggy, plus there are two pop-ups on auto fill sometimes, which leads to my screen being cluttered by pop-ups or it not letting me touch anything else. The app has gotten a big update, but I still miss the built-in web browser.

Great Password Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use was very simple and straightforward. The chrome extension makes it super simple and convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your main password to the account, it is a lot of steps it seems like to recover or reset it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share passwords with my colleagues without having to add them to every platform we utilize. We can simply share one password and login if needed.
Very good tool, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily save and share access to accounts with family and/or workmates. My former CTO did a thorough review and found LastPass to have very good security. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any negatives with LastPass.

LastPass is a tool I thought I never needed but now has become essential.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and integration with all devices and even browsers makes it easy to store my shopping stuff, which was getting hard to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at the moment that I dislike.

It notifies me when something is found and helping me organize my life after many attacks.

After all, it's very risky always to have the same password that's easy to remember for every site you use. That was always a huge frustration but now I have different passwords for everything, I don't have to remember them, they are secure, and I can use them easily. Life is easier with LastPass.

On rare occasions, the auto-fill is slow but I think that is more a problem with the browser and/or internet being sluggish at that moment.
On the mobile app, I need to enter my Master Password more often than I would like. I use facial recognition but still have to use the MP about every 4-5 days. I think it is supposed to be every month so I don't know what is wrong. But I appreciate the role the MP plays so I don't complain much.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using LastPass lets me get rid of the folder full of pages of passwords. It is a lot more convenient and eliminates the frustration of finding and using passwords.
Second to none security
What do you like best about the product?
Super app/program with peace of mind on the security of my data. These guys are very proactive when it comes to security and I have never had an issue with the app. It's easy to store, share and create new secure passwords in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't prefill the data in websites, but I think that's more to do with the website not these guys. Plus the app seems to always be locked when you need it so it's a bit lengthy when your in a rush to open the app to find a password.
