Seamless across work and personal accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Love that the password generator is easily accessible, it has made it easier to not rely on easy-to-guess passwords. As an agency, we frequently use it to share passwords with staff members who can use auto-login to access client accounts without getting access to the actual password. The best part for us though is that we get LastPass families with the business plan. Having separate work and personal accounts is great and being able to access both easily is even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console (especially the older version) is a bit hard to navigate, sometimes it takes a while to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to generate and store passwords securely in a central location. Secure password sharing is also a big thing for us, especially since we're often granted access to accounts that our clients own. It's great being able to organise passwords in shared folders that we can give staff access to temporarily.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the browser extention, being able to auto login with saved credentials, keeping the password hidden and encrypted. Easy to Implement adding users and managing folder access via groups.

When using the phone app to login requires master password everytime, it does not work the same as the browser extention

What do you like best about the product?
Having my password encrypted makes life easier.

Autofill can be annoying at times but it is also a convenience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the generator for passwords and the ease to change them. I would be lost without it as I use it multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
To day I have not found any downsides to this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped ease my mind in keeping up with a large number of passwords, some I use often but others not so frequently. I feel more securte knowing that I can change my passwords frequently and randomly.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides secure passwords for accounts that I don't need to remember. I have an insight into what older passwords need to be updated as they aren't complicated/secure. I can use it on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't handle data entry on fields that have/require type ahead. For example an address field that searches for your address as you type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to use different passwords for each site and I only have to remember one. Saves me typing in my account details all of the time. I can use it on multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is easy to use and provides me access to passwords on all my devices and broswers. I use it multiple times a day and it makes mt life and job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high for what it is considering there are password managers in most AV/Security sfotware suites

The ability to have different, secure passwords on each site and not have to rememebr them all.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the password generation and the ability to access them across multiple devices. I like the security dashboard that shows which passwords are reused and helps you reset them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I generate a new password I always copy it to clipboard and paste it on a new tab. I do this because sometimes the wrong website will be updated, or the wrong password will be saved and I do this to save myself the headache of needing to reset the password multiple times. Sometimes when I fill out forms online too it will trigger last pass to try and save something that is not needed, not too annoying but this can mess with newer users and cause them to clutter up their vault. I wish there was a feature where last pass would identify duplicate accounts that are saved to be used for autofill. Sometimes keeping my vault accurate and right can be a pain but has not been an issue for me in a while. Regardless of all this feedback I love last pass, and like i said in the title I try to get all my friends on last pass

It is very easy to use for "non-computer" people. The price is fair. It works on my Apple and Windows computers both.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using LP for over ten years and in that time it has always remained a simple but effective tool. The best thing about lastpass is that I don't even have to think about it. It is just there doing what I need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it doesn't let me copy a password from the search in the chrome extension. It just comes out blank.
