Stress Free & Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for storing sensitive information in one organized location. I like that you have the option to allow the full info to be viewed or to hide this info, yet you can still log in to various websites with ease. I would recommend it for anyone regardless if using for personal or business use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of LastPass is not that great. I find it doesn't usually launch websites with user/pass that well, and I need to copy/paste the info in order to get it to actually work - which usually doesn't work that well if the client has chosen to not allow me to view this info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple clients who may not feel comfortable sharing their user/pass to their websites over email/text, this is a great option to transfer sensitive info without fear of something malicious happening to their accounts.

1. Last Pass' vault for unique credentials UX is excellent

Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and chrome plug in make it seamless to use. The ability to have shared folders among teams is also very helpful and vital in sharing information in remote workspaces. Easily has become a tool used daily by our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening the vault can be slow when there are large amounts of log ins and information saved

Helps in the secure sharing of informations across teams.
Great way to save passwords!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can categorize all my passwords in one place - launching the URL right from the App!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple logins for the same primary domain doesn't separate by third level domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cetralized storage of corpoerate passwords. Also certs and keys.
Ease to Use and Much Improved
What do you like best about the product?
Very ease to add passwords to access sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you have multiple accounts from the same party such as a Bank, LastPass may not recognize which account you are choosing and you will have to enter the passwords manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many accounts it became unmanageable to remember all of our passwords. LastPass simplifies that process on desktop and / or Mobile. Also able to save important documents such a drivers licenses, medical insurance, passport, etc. which comes in very handy.

Very easy to integrate and use in my experience using its iOS app and chromium browser extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling of duplicate passwords not the best.

Unique passwords for each site and I only need to remember 1.
Top Tier Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Last Pass is easy to use even for new users who have not used a password manager before. There are a wide range of features that can be customized at the company/IT and user level to promote secure password generation and sharing within our organization. The price is competitive for size org and is easy to integrate to all the various browsers our team uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extension has been known to interfere with our HRIS causing the vendor's portal not to display correctly. LastPass doesn't always remember or copy the secure password it generated or may miss the notifcation of a password change and not prompt to update the correct Vault item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store all of our company passwords in one place and limit who has access to them and who has permissions to change/write those logins. Even if an employee is no longer with the organization, our IT dept can lock LastPass for that terminated employee without losing valuable login data to share with other users.
Easy, secure, reliable password storage & protection
What do you like best about the product?
I like how LastPass connects to my devices & browers for easy log-in & new password storage
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could save more log-in criteria, such as User Name, Last Name & Password bc some sites as for it

I don't have to remember any of my passwords - they're all securing stored for it. Also, Lastpass generates new passwords for me. I also store confidential notes in the app as well

Sometimes seems to save my username incorrectly for a new account ie phone number instead of username.

LastPass does a great job for managing bulk password and sharing with read only access
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like the LastPass extension on Google Chrome automatic pop ups when changing passwords. A new employee can easily update an unwanted password by accident
