What do you like best about the product?
Convenience is the main reason I use LastPass
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't gotten deep into this app. I mainly use it for passwords. No downsides here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass makes and storages passwords for you, which gives you strong security and fast password entry

What do you like best about the product?
I love LastPass because it has made managing my passwords extremely easy. The fact that you can customize your passwords for up to 16+ characters means you're safe. I guess ease of use is what makes LastPass my choice. I have used other password managers, and I like this one the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to explain, but the little red icon in your password area sometimes acts up. Sorry, I know that's vague, but it's kind of difficult to explain what I mean. It's not perfect, but it is close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it keeps my passwords safe and remembers them for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use. And with 2 factor authenication, it is very secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about LastPass.

For me, I have difficulty remembering all the different passwords I use; but I refuse to use the same password on multiple sites and applications.

Last Pass is truly the last password manager I intend to use.
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is easy to use, my passwords follow me accross devices. I especially like that if I am travelling I can turn foreign access on and off as I need which minimizes the opportunity for malevolent access to my account. I use it to generate secure passwords for each site I use (because I am terrible at coming up with my own unique and compliant passwords).

I have no complaints. It is easy to use..

creating unique passwords that are accessable across multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Product has never failed me and whenever I have an issue, it's handled respectfully the first time.

That I did not find it earlier. I have recommended LastPass to friends and strangers alike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to put time into what I am doing and not recording and monitoring passwords for everything I need them for. My last time, I accidentally changed a password and they were able to get it back for me, right there on the spot with little to no wait.

Security means everything these days. My son recommended Last Pass and I use it all the time. I love the random passwords that Last pass creates for you.

I really don't have any complaints whatsoever.

What do you like best about the product?
The obvious solve in a world of infinite passwords. Create, keep, access, share ... and don't worry about the fact that you only have one favorite pet ever again.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has had some glitches with the Chrome extension a couple times, for a period of days or weeks. Not sure what the issue was, but uninstall/reinstall didn't resolve it (basically was instantly logging me out/wouldn't let me share). I did a work-around using another Google user account, and eventually it resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember infinite passwords. I have an easy way to share passwords securely with coworkers. I have an easy way to make sure terminated employees are no longer getting access to any company cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been with LastPass for about two years now and it's one of those apps that you wonder why it took so long to start using. The absolute frustration of trying to keep track of passwords manually was so stressful. LastPass takes the stress away. It is extremely easy to use in my opinion, and has some great security features. The mobile app is very user friendly (as is the desktop app) and really provides the peace of mind I need when logging into so many different websites. I use LastPass every day and know it's always there working for me. I called on customer support about 2-3 times in two years and they were very responsive and quick to answer my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a poweruser by any stretch but I can't really think of anything I dislike about LastPass. Especially since they made logging in from a fresh reboot so much easier now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manage dozens of passwords manually on paper which was very cumbersome. Additionally, I would change passwords often and of course not update my paper record so the next time I went to log in to a site, I would get very frustrated because I couldn't remember the password and so then I had to change it again. LastPass solved all those problems and more. Not having to think and/or remember a password is joyous.
I can not imagine my life without LastPass anymore!

It is effortless to use on all devices, with a very good functionality that makes it fast and seamless.

I can not think of anything that I dislike.

Remembering all my passwords and making them harder to brach with the great password generator.
Save your grey matter for what really matters
What do you like best about the product?
I have over 200 passwords, credit cards and secure notes stored in LastPass. It makes me more efficient and prevents my users from writing them down on paper, sticky notes or worse. Customer support and training were excellent too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple things that LastPass needs to improve upon.
1. The logo sometimes gets in the way when filling out forms
2. It sometimes tries to fill out "new user" forms that I'm doing for my employees with my information.
3. It still gets a little confused on complex URLs
Honestly though, these are not huge issues for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining an ever growing list of passwords that have to be remembered. Improving password quality (enforcing better passwords as well as use of the generator). Making ITs job easier.
