Keeps upto date on all types of threats
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best password manager as the company is on top of any new threat and makes sure the protection is done to protect me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any dislikes for their program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly hackers that try different approaches to get into my computer to cause me problems are quickly identified and blocked from harming me.
Best software to remember your passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to us and works across all platforms. I've had the family plan for 10 years, love it and so do all my family members.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! I love all of the features.

I can have complex passwords without having to memorize them. Keeps my data safe.
LastPass Is a valuable service
What do you like best about the product?
I can never remember Passwords and LastPass makes it easy to find them in their system.
It was simple to install, and very easy to implement. Their Customer Support team is very helpful should you need them. I use LastPass daily and it is completely integrated into my system. It has multiple features available.I strongly recommend checking them all out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I simply do not like the fact that there is no way to recover your password should it be lost. That scares me a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me an easy way to log into sites without having to look for passwords each time.

Usability, combined with secure password generator. 2FA with smartphone confirmation is a great feature

Sometimes in the past, but now not so much had problems with master login.

Lot of account, dont want to learn all those passwords

PWD manager; easy to use and secure
What do you like best about the product?
WHo says you can't have secrity and convenience? It is secure and super easy to use. Easy to manage one set of passwords between PC and mobile devices. Implementing this on multiple device is as simple as logging in. When first getting set up custmore support was very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
REcording new or updated passwords from the mobile device is not automatic like it is on the PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issue of tracking and remembering multiple password. Many of the passwords are to secure systems and the are kept extremely secure.
Secure, easy, love LastPass!
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes it very easy to securely maintain and retrieve your passwords and secure information. It also gives you recommendations on how to be more secure online. It also runs seamlessness on any platform and/or device. You can also share passwords with your family securely for a small fee.

There is nothing I dislike about LastPass.

As a personal user, LastPass helps me maintain my passwords and other personal information securely.
Easy to use and works on all my devices
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to access all of my passwords. It was easy to set, easy to share passwords with colleagues or staff. As a small business owner, I have passwords for everything thing so I use Lastpass everyday - on my computer and my phone specifically. I appreciate the reminders of how to keep my security high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sharing without showing the password doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've moved away from a spreasheet style password keeper upping my security, and I've started using unique passwords for everything, at least 8-12 charaters. I know this is seriously improving my security.

Last pass is easy to use and dependable for security

I havent had a downside yet and I have been using the product for 8 years

I can never remeber all my passwords and now I can just remember one. Also it is a necessity when I work with multiple clients who have many programs each.
Secure and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
As with most people, my need for secure passwords has grown almost as quickly as online scams! I've been using LastPass for 3 years now and find it an invaluable asset for both desktop and phone.
Great that it advises me of duplicates, which prompts me to change these paswords to something more secure. I'm almost proud to say that I don't know the majority of my passwords now, because they're all handled by LastPass.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, LastPass isn't as seamless on my Android phone and, on occasion, I have to enter my Master password several times during one transaction, despite knowing that I'm still logged on to LastPass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to remember several hundred passwords fr a multitude of applications.
