Such a life saver for remembering a TON of passwords.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Chrome extension and IOS app to give me access across multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far that I can complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to LP, I was constantly losing passwords and having to change them nonstop.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LassPass does a great job of saving both individual passwords and team passwords and providing easy secure access on both mobile and desktop devices.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on all browsers and accessible from mobile app. Very easy to get started. I use this daily multiple times a day. I find that it allows me to easily store a range of credential types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't easily copy over to mobile applications. I'd love to see more mobile integrations.

I am committed to using strong and unique passwords but needed a way to keep them accessible across my devices. This does a great job

What do you like best about the product?
As a family, we love that LastPass safety stores our passwords, so we don't have to worry about them getting into the wrong hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your master password, it's a challenge to get logged in to access your passwords .. which I know is the point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords safe and secure! Plus, I love that LastPass creates a unique difficult password for your favorite sites if needed
It has been extremely helpful and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The time that Last Pass saves is huge, and I enjoy have the option for Last Pass to log me automatically into sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any down sides except having to remember you master password.

Last Pass saves me time and helps me be more secure by managing many diverse user names and passwords.

Great solution for secure password management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using LastPass for 3+ years now ever since we had a company meeting on password security. I used to use the same iterations of weak passwords until I learned how easy it is to have a passwod compromized. LastPass is great for many reasons: 1) you only have to remember 1 password, 2) It's SUPER easy and user friendly, 3) It's seamless using it on both mobile and desktop, 4) the strong password generator is an awesome tool to quickly and easily generate, save, and use unique and stong passwords. I've already recommended it to my family and friends whenever I see they use weak passwords, or they ask me about password security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is getting logged out intermittently. I think it's a security feature, but I have to reenter my master password to log back in at least 1-2 times per month. Not a big deal honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, generating strong and reliable passwords for my many accounts (feels like hundreds), and the overall sense of security that it brings.

I love the freedom of forgetting variations of my password - LastPass has my back!

The automatic logging out, especially if I am using it across various devices

What do you like best about the product?
Between work and personal life, passwords are becoming more complicated. LastPass makes passwords and security a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are not able to update passwords when a website requires them to update it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass allows our business to share passwords and login information with multiple users while maintaining security and privacy. We are able to easily update passwords.
