Great App
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and have the ability to keep passwords in one location

sign in issues from multiple devices. intergration between devices is hard at times

Gives me less hassle and problems of having to locate mulitple passwords

Password Security, a Cyber Vault, A key Keeper - so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple devices need to be tuned in to LastPass, especially if you have multiple logins to, say, gmail.

A Must for a Family or a Business
What do you like best about the product?
Works well across all our devices for passwords, plus you can leverage it more and graduate by using more features and capabilities. We use it for our household (child included), our parents, and our businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
After you add a new password, it will take some time to have it populate across all your devices. Sometimes it seems like it takes too long but eventually, it gets there. Second, when you Share a password, the accept and update process for the recipient feels like it needs to be improved - the accept and the update on the recipient's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing passwords, payment methods, identity information (like SSNs, DLs), and addresses across all family devices and businesses devices.
SImple, yet powerful password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Having both mobile and desktop availability of all password is what it's built for, and it does as advertised. The google extension works great as well as the password generator. I use the product daily, and it's made my online life a little easier. It's easy to setup and support has been responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While all the press around the security risks of the product have made me consider other products, Lastpass has kept me with the features and simplicity. The chrome extension can get confused sometimes and pop-up the 'change password' on some sites, It's not too intrusive, and pobably not a Lastpass issue, but more with how some of the sites I use request security credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwords are rediculous, but neccesary online, and the product helps highlight risk areas where I need to make updates. Simply login for all my sites is the goal, and Lastpass does the job.

Strong password manager, proactive on safety, and generally great tool that I use many times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto fill forms are obtrusive and often don't work well with certain fields, making it difficult to complete.
While great on desktop, find leveraging LastPass on cell-phone is more difficult than it should be.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Last Pass for a long time and is an invaluable to tool in managing the 100s of login I have. Allows me to have stronger password protection on all my accounts.
Useful tool for business to consolidate passwords and keep secure
What do you like best about the product?
In IT we have many passwords for so many different websites and applications. It is very helpful to have them all in one place. I like that when you add a new username and password, it automatically asks if you want to save it to your vault. I also like that you can share files with certain groups within the agency that may need to share passwords for certain things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have really encountered is sometimes the 3 little dots that appear in the fields can sometimes interfere with other things in the field, like viewing the password you are typing in.

Consolidating passwords for multiple sites and applications and keeping them secure.
Great value complete password solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with both mobile apps and browser toolbars. It also has many features. Security, integration and depth of features is what I was looking for and found it all here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing a password without it being known to the recipient was something I was looking for but later found that the password could be revealed using simple browser features. A competitor also provides both mobile and web for free, while with Lastpass you can only choose 1.

requiring more complex passwords that are changed more frequently and not allowing users to keep re-using the same passwords for all functions.
Lastpass very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Last pass takes the guesswork out of passwords for multiple sites. We use the Enterprise version at work and it allows for our users to not have to worry about having to remember, or as is often the case writing down, different passwords. It also allows users to share passwords with their support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the fact that LastPass appears to get hacked fairly regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass increases our effeciency by allowing users to log in to their various sites without having to remember and type in passwords.

Lack of training videos for end users and admins
Im sure there are a lot of features I simply don't know about.
I have had users forget thier master password and was unable to retrieve thier account.
I struggle with getting clients to adopt.
