Password management made easy and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use across multiple devices. I also enjoy the auto generated secure passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
iPhone integration can be a little clunky at times but that's just a small gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping lots of secure passwords safe and easily accessible.
Ease of Use and secure!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide me with a sense of security while keeping track of all of my passwords is a huge plus for me. Maintaining a list of passwords that are unique for each site I visit plus my apps is essential to feeling comfortable online. It is easy to use and I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about LastPass
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple unique passwords is a huge headache for me. Using LastPass allows me to seamlessly sign in to websites that I use regularly without fear of being rejected for the wrong password.

What do you like best about the product?
I love LastPass because I only have to remember ONE password. And that's the one to access my account. I also love it because I'm on the plan that I can use LastPass on my phone, as an app on my desktop and with an extension in my browser. Which makes it super simple. I love that it's easy to generate new, complex passwords- and when you're on the computer and create a new password, the extension for chrome will pop up and ask if you want to save that password to your LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on my iPhone, there won't be a little option that pops up on my keyboard to easily access my passwords or login. It's still easy enough to open the last pass app, search for what I need & copy the pw and go back to the window or other app and paste it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With complex passwords I can create and don't have to remember. Gives me peace of mind that my accounts will be less likely to be hacked.

I have a faulty memory and LastPass saves me so much time and trouble by keeping my passwords
Super useful password storage with browser integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how LastPass integrates with my web browser. I also appreciate how careful it is about duplicate passwords and data breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass does make me log in more times than I'd like to. I know it is to protect me, but I find it annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass relieves the stress of having to remember all the different passwords (and helps to suggest passwords for every site).

We have a family account and love the security and ease of use. Have all our devices share the security across the platform is very simple.

Nothing, we all have had the same experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and works across all of our devices, browsers, and apps. Like that it stores credit cards, addresses, and notes securely. I'm slowly converting all of my passwords to LastPass generated ones as well, which will be the final step in our secure password journey. I like that my husband and I can share passwords among each other with the Family plan as well. We both use this feature SEVERAL times a day! Also very easy to setup and connect across our home ecosystem.

Wish I could add passwords from within the browser or an app on a mobile device

Share passwords among our family and changes existing passwords into secure and randomly generated ones.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is a great resource for saving passwords and other important information. I also love how you can share passwords amongst other users as well. They can also generate a secure password for you if you give them a set critera. They also flag used passwords as well. I love how they have an extension and we can add passwords as we create them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app could use a bit more work. I would love if the mobile app can automatically save passwords like the web extension does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think a while back, LastPass did have a security data breach. I liked how they informed all their users and assured us that they were taking the right actions.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass has saved me so much time and mental energy. I use stronger, more complex passwords now that I don't have to remember any of them. It's easy to use, including updating changed passwords. I can't imagine going back to life without a password manager. I haven't tried any other ones, but LastPass has worked so well I haven't wanted to. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally the only downside is that it isn't free. But it's worth paying for and not that expensive as far as I'm concerned.

Too many passwords to remember, temptation to reuse passwords or use weak passwords that are easy to remember

What do you like best about the product?
I like the autofill on the passwords online and with the app on the phone. I like that you can view the passwords or just copy them directly to your clipboard. I've never had any issues that I need to contanct customer support about. I use lastpass all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using lastpass is that sometimes it tries to autofill information when it is unecessary which makes it more difficult to fill out forms or surveys online. Also, sometimes when I try to view a password on the computer it doesn't let me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can never remember my passwords so I end up using the same iteration of one password. Lastpass allows me to create more secure passwords and still remember them.
