Constant Updates, Ease of Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the continuous updates that are provided to keep the application always at the top. I think LastPass already works particularly well. Once you understand the management of folders and more, it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of shared folders with users outside the organization does not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass to keep all users updated with the company portals, and I appreciate the continuous updates that keep the app at the top.
Easy to Use, Secure, and Backed by Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, feels safe, and whenever I’ve needed help, I’ve received good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I miss having Face ID recognition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a secure wallet where I can safely store and keep track of my passwords.
Great Experience Overall - but UI can improve
What do you like best about the product?
The password sharing feature is very good and integration with active directory is very helping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI interface is very poor. Password structuring not upto mark.

What do you like best about the product?
Once it's setup you almost forget its their in a good way. Login into tools dashboards and random client portals happens automatically and that alone shapes me surprising amount of mental energy. I also like how it works consistently across my browser and from, so I am not stuck trying to remember password when I switch devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are looking in honour you device the extra security steps are necessary but can feel slightly slow if you are in a hurry. And also sometime the interface can feel a bit fluttered at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using lastpass I don't reuse passwords anymore, which gives me piece of mind. It's also reduced login friction for my daily work no more password resets or wasted time trying variations that almost work. Lastpass solve the very real problem of password overload. Between work tools finance apps and personal accounts remembering everything simply isn't realistic.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is convenient for secure password storage, autofill that actually works, and easy access across devices (computer and phone and tablet). It reduces mental clutter, saves time, and enforces better security habits. I stopped reusing passwords because of the ease from device to device. The new passkey function is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass has had past security breaches and occasional autofill issues when an app isn't recognized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves password sprawl, weak or reused credentials, and the hassle of remembering logins.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and get new non-tech savvy employees to use too. It will automatically save your passwords with a click of a button.

Soemtimes have to login but other than that it's a great tool to store personal confidential information.

Dislikes about LastPass center on significant security breaches (especially the 2022 incident where vaults were accessed), poor and inaccessible customer support, inconsistent autofill/saving performance, frequent login/sync issues, and frustrations with the user experience,

I appreciate being able to save my passwords, which allows me to use more secure and complex ones.

In certain situations, it doesn't work smoothly with Google's auto-insert password feature.

It's Fantastic & Makes Pasword Management Easier and More Secure
What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass helps me keep all my password in one secure place. I know longer need to remember multiple logins or write them down. The autofill feature works well on most website and safe time during daily work I also like the security dashboard which shows weak or reused password and help me improve account safety.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Auto fill does not work correctly on certain website, and passwords need to be filled manually. Some useful features are only available in paid plans which may not be ideal for normal user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lastpass solve the problem of managing too many passwords and reduce the risk of week or repeated credentials. It helps improve security by increasing strong passwords and highlighting potential risks. This has reduced login issues saved time and made my online accounts safer.
