Chrome Extension Makes Password Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the app, but the Chrome extention is my favorite part. I can have complicated passwords and LastPass auto-populates. It is so easy to use, and help keep my information save.
What do you dislike about the product?
They used to have a web browser through the app. I really like that, instead of it pushing to Safari or Chrome on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer use the same password (or something similar) for any site. Especially my website for my work.

The ease of use and management of users is amazing! The customer support has also improved tremendously throughout the years making it easy now to resolve just about any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
None downsides so far from us. Everything is simple and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass for storing passwords, which removes the need for me to memorize complex passwords, and I can access them anytime. I really like the easy storage and usage of passwords. The interface for storing passwords is great, better than the other password products I've used. The initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate LastPass for personal use to manage my passwords. The platform's ability to manage unique and secure passwords across all my accounts resolves the hassle of remembering or reusing passwords, significantly enhancing my digital security. I particularly like the security dashboard feature that helps me identify duplicates and weak passwords, ensuring I maintain strong security standards. The ease of tracking unique passwords and the prevention of reusing the same passwords across different accounts are features that I find incredibly valuable. The initial setup was straightforward, and since then, I've expanded my use of LastPass to manage over 100 passwords, notes, and more. These features make my password management efficient and stress-free. Lastly, I'm so satisfied with LastPass that I highly recommend it to others, evident by my perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a report that listed or sorted the last time a password was changed, and a way to mark critical accounts like banking versus non-critical ones like games.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that LastPass stores all my passwords and automatically refills the info when I open a web page. Lastpass will also help generate a password which is super helpful when the site requires an 18 digit password, 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each of our employees have at minimum 30 usernames and passwords to different sites and software. Lastpass allows us a secure place to store those credentials and cuts down on the dreaded credential issue - resetting passwords and unlocking accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the strong security provided for passwords, as well as how easy and safe it is to share protected passwords. The user interface and user experience are both very intuitive and user-friendly. The extensive range of features was a significant advantage. My team and I used it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It worked out well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more password leaks. It feels like a safety vault that keeps all the passwords secure. Internally sharing the passwords securely was made easier after using LastPass. And, most importantly, we don't have to worry about forgetting the passwords anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple app that allows me to implement complex passwords across all my website and application accesses. Supports passkeys as well, and even a generator for MFA. LastPass is quick at patching and advising when browsers or IdPs change password automation paths.

Integration updates on some websites can add extra steps to using my passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass gives me the ability to break away from phrases and weaker passwords for the multitude of access needs we all have. As one who has a stolen identity, the ability to maintain truly separate and complex passwords securely, and to use passkeys easily, is invaluable. The eventual notification of a company's breached systems now means an impact of one, not many.

I love how LastPass provides one central location for all my passwords and important information, making management of sensitive data incredibly convenient. It greatly assists in remembering strong passwords and ensuring they are kept safe. The ability to share passwords seamlessly with family is invaluable, as it facilitates secure and easy access to shared accounts. I'm particularly pleased with how LastPass ensures passwords are unique and complex, which significantly enhances security. Additionally, the accessibility of information, whether I'm using the mobile app or the web app, means I always have my vital data at my fingertips, no matter where I am. The mobile app and browser extensions stand out in functionality, providing ease of use and broad accessibility, which I find very convenient. Initial setup was remarkably easy, which allowed me to begin using the service immediately without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that LastPass's feature to offer saving passwords in the browser creates too many duplicates for the same site, likely due to changes in the login URL. This results in digital clutter, making it challenging to discern which password entry is the most recent. It would be beneficial if, when adding or updating a password, LastPass could allow selecting from a list rather than assuming it is for a new site when the URL has changed, or provide a tool for merging or cleaning up duplicates.

I use LastPass to remember and secure complex passwords, share them safely with family, and access them easily via mobile and web apps, keeping all my important info in one place.
Effortless and Secure—A Top Choice for Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and security. LastPass provides sites where my passwords are compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside for me. The downside is with me using several similar programs and not remembering which saved what where. Something I need to work on, I guess. Hmmm, I bet LastPass has a solution so I'll check there first!
