Use this product all the time
What do you like best about the product?
The copy/paste functions make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the app could interact more freely with other apps.

It works across my browswers and my various accounts, and also on my cell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to hide SOME icons, so when sharing my screen, people know I use lastpass, and I know who else uses it.
Forcing a refresh is harder (too many steps) than it should be.
I think the main-menu popdown should indicate what "version/update" is bring used, clicking on that would refresh.

I have well over 400 passwords to various systems.
I love LastPass!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I have this service on all of my electronics which makes it easy to access my accounts regardless if I'm on my Laptop, SmartPhone or iPad!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often I have to login to access my passwords.

I have easy access to my passwords.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It carries passwords across devices, which makes it very convenient. I have the ability to use strong passwords without having to remember or look it up. Strongly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn how to set it up across devices, but the ease of integration compounds over time.

A helpful and intuitive password manager
What do you like best about the product?
I have no doubt save hundreds of hours in my years of using LastPass. I hate having to remember passwords and LastPass makes it super easy and quick to store passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it can make duplicate passwords for the same site, and there isn't an easy way to merge in the ux. That would be a great feature to add or highlight if it already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It clears up my headspace from having to remember an infinite number of passwords for an infinite number of accounts that I have. I rarely have to dig around and reset my passwords because I forgot them which saves me a ton of time. I don't know how people live without something like this.
An easy way to keep organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share passwords with family. It's easy to keep access to important sites with people who may need it

It sometimes doesn't work with all my apps which can cause me to need to use a second password keeper

Remembering passwords and sharing them with family when needed
Very easy to use and automatic
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the add-on extension to my google chrome automatically fills the passwords in every website that I open. I use it every day to log into all of my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not like is the implementation in some apps on my phone is not automatic.

I never remember my passwords so this is an automatic thing that enters the passwords in for me. And I never have to type (or mistype) a password which is wonderful.
Last Pass has simplified my life

Organization by folder is super helpful. Ease of use.

Auto fill on various websites gets a little wonky and annoying

I'm not having any issues at this time.
LastPass makes it easy when you have many different accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very secure and I'm not worried about people hacking my LastPass account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the autofill is hard to stop if I want it to go away. It can cover like the submit button, for example.

It solves the problem of forgetting passwords.
