What do you like best about the product?
The mobile integration with iOS makes it very simple to use, even for the elderly that aren't tech savvy
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot disable the notification of duplicate passwords for specific sites. When I do, it still notifies me and it is a pain when you are a software developer and can't whitelist your development urls

Allows me to have different passwords for each site.

Some of the interfaces are a little clunky

The last pass manages all my passwords in one place. including multiple platforms and systems
Incredible app
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and mobility. I use this daily and never have an issue, whether I am in the office on on the go, it is always there and ready to help me remember my crazy passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, there has not been a time where I have complained about it.

Having a regulatory position, my password get a bit complex. Lastpass has no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lastpass almost every day. As a security admin for multiple business systems, this tool allows me to keep track of the miriad of passwords that my job requires. I also am able to categorize them so that I can keep track of my personal accounts in the same tool, so I only need one tool to use for both business and personal use on any platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that wasn't useful yet with this tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to keep a book full of passwords which was not a very secure way to handle it. Now I keep them all in last pass and I can access it from any platform - bye bye book!
I feel secure when I use LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
As an executive assistant I need to have access to the many passwords my boss holds. I use LastPass as part of my daily routine and it is so helpful and secure that I know I can't work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike, because it´s very helpful, but I would suggest different colors to categorize the different types of password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to memorize all the passwords and I know I will have an easy access to all of then in a secure place.
Easy Password Saving
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to save all your passwords in one place and it's super convenient. I also like how it generates secure passowrds for me and is also able to autofill.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's rare, but sometimes it won't save a password automatically. And sometimes it tries to fill in passwords which aren't correct. Also, it will bring up the popup which gets in the way of the dropdown making it hard to manually fill in info to a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass allows me to keep track of all of my passwords instead of having to memorize them or reuse them or store them in a non secure way (eg. on paper).

There is nothing I dislike about LastPass.

It keeps all of my passwords secure in one central location. If I forget a password for a site I rarely use, I can log onto my LastPass account and have my passwords handy.
Superior electronic vault
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that it is cross platform. It is seemless between my iPhone and my PC. I have both the personal version family plan and our business uses the Enterprise plan. I really like that I can share credentials through lastpass and not have to text them to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration and its not exactly Last Passes issue is when secure logins such as our bank, have you go to a different URL for the password entry and laspass needs to have a seperate entry for that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who knew I had this many passwords! Once you start entering them in you realize how many there are and how many duplicate passwords you have. Now all my passowords are random and all at my fingertips. This has really boosted our cybersecurity.

What do you like best about the product?
So thankful for LastPass! I seriously don't know what I'd do without it. It helps to remember vital things like PWs and ensures I can use secure and complicated PWs that I wouldn't have before using... All because it remembers for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little finicky on my cell—it doesn't always fill in on apps/websites when using my iPhone. I'd say it works about 70% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to use unique and complicated PW combinations. It benefits me because I don't have to remember them once created.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user for almost two years and I'll never go back to anything else. I love that I can use it across all my devices and never have an issue.

I don't have any right now. It's been great for me!

Allowing me to have a different complex password for everything I use without having to write them down somewhere.
