Secure Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how LastPass stores data confidentially and can be shared among various teams without needing to share personal passwords. I love the autofill feature in the LastPass application, which is widely used in our organization. It helps store passwords securely and prevents users from forgetting their valuable passwords. The setup of LastPass is straightforward and easy, taking only two minutes for everyone to learn, which is great for our team.

I use LastPass to store passwords easily and securely, preventing people from forgetting them across tools. It keeps confidential data secure and shareable among teams without personal password exposure, and the autofill feature is a hit in our organization.
Effortless Password Management, Affordable and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy LastPass is to use and navigate around. I also appreciate that different users can see different things, which is really convenient. Setting it up was very easy, taking only a few minutes. I also use it to generate random passwords for new accounts, which is really helpful. Plus, it's so easy and affordable, I'd rate it a 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches when I go on the website and the password doesn't automatically fill out, so I just copy and paste it instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass to store passwords securely, avoiding having to write them down or store them unsafely. It's easy to navigate, lets different users see different things, and I also generate random passwords for new accounts.

Ease of use, everything in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not alot of dislikes about it. Sometimes the auto login is a little buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management and being able to share passwords with staff and also being able to share a password without actually giving the password.
Makes online working safe
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable, everyone learnt using in quickly. Structured, easy to find the login details. I think it's safe. We use the Team version, and the admin console is great; it gives us an extra layer of operational safety. All team member uses it every day. The customer support for technical issues is relatively good. I like the option of contacting the helpline different way, they usually come back to me very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension very often stops working. Buying new licences are shockingly long and complicated. Plus, we need to buy new licences in batches of 3 even if we need just 1.

Family Password Sharing Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The "share password" on the family account means that only one person in the family needs to manage the password for any of our family subscriptions, and no longer are we reusing the same password over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I think the price for the family plan is acceptable considering the hours of work it would take to manage shared passwords manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem LastPass solves is being able to have unique passwords for all shared services and subscriptions, without worrying about security exposures.

It is user friendly and very easy to navigate

The security for lost access is very difficult to update.

It became easy to share passwords between the team members.
Effortless Password Management, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that with LastPass I don't need to remember IDs and passwords anymore because I have access on all my devices. I like the feature that prompts me to update my vault as soon as I change a password in a different app, which makes updating automatic. The initial setup was good, and I often recommend LastPass to others.

I don't worry about remembering IDs and passwords because LastPass gives me access across all my devices, and it automatically updates my vault when I change passwords in apps.

How easy it is to use. The lack of issues ive ever had with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your master password it may take some work to get back in however that's really a good thing just a bit of a hassle.

The abundance of passwords & the ability to 'remember' them effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it centralizes credentials and makes password hygiene easier across the org. It reduced a lot of bad habits.

No real drawbacks from my experience as a user.

LastPass is solving basic password management for me. It centralizes credentials, enforces stronger passwords, and makes it easier to log in without reusing or forgetting passwords. That saves time and reduces friction day to day
Secure, Convenient, and great value
What do you like best about the product?
I like using LastPass for its security, convenience, and value. The initial setup was easy, and although importing all my passwords took some time, it was manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the browser interface at times. It has improved, but still deal with some minor issues with updates. Sometimes it does not load properly or will not come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass as a password vault to remember complex passwords. I like its security, convenience, and value.
