Love Lastpass
What do you like best about the product?
Never having to worry about vulnerabilities or remember the thousand passwords I manage. With Lastpass i can manage my own passwords, my clients passwords and my full time job passwords all in one place. I would not know what to do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more phone friendly. It often gets in the way when trying to sign inot items on my phone because the screens that show up over the login screen can prevent you from clicking on certain necessary items that are on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to manage every login for streaming serivces, utilitiy providers, game apps, productivity apps, network devices, and everything else has become so much easier with LastPass. The speed at wich I can get into the accounts I need to is remerkable. LastPass gives me an edge over my coworkers because I can access more devices faster and don't need to fumble with password resets like they do.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share passwords with family and colleagues is by far the best feature - though not their fanciest. I love their 2FA app because of how it backs up your accounts unlike Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated better with iOS. It has significantly improved with time, but there's still room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have too many passwords across clients and it solves everything through folders.
Can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is so easy to use, I've been a customer for almost 6 years. I love the mobile app as well, makes entering passwords so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create a password on my mobile and it synch to my LastPass vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me secure my not using the same passwords over and over.
A useful tool for today's age of apps and passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I love its security. It's a simple tool with one purpose and it performs that task very well. Would definitely recommend. I haven't even think of switching to another tool either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much in my opinion. It's well designed and I feel its secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many accounts with multiple passwords. This tool is just a good way to securely save them all and access them across the web easily.
Easy password protection
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can now have complicated and more secure passcodes without having to remember all of them AND that I can sort my passwords. Plus I can store info about personal devices and logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is that I use a web based CRM for work, and I have to disable Lastpass completely in the same browser I use for personal or else it fills CRM fields, then I have to turn it back on.

Keeping track of allllllll my passwords!

What do you like best about the product?
All the passwords in one place?!
10 years with no issues. Great customer service. Easy to use. Always there to help speed things along instead of doing mental gymnastics remembering a password!

I can't think of anything that I dislike about LastPass so I'm not going to write anything here even though it's asking me to sorry can't think of anything best of luck !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember all of my passwords all of the time every single day for every single login for every single website and every time a credit card prompt is asked for
Safe and efficient way to keep up with passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Works well in all platforms. Keeps track of all my passwords. Generates REALLY complex passwords that I don't have to remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of a single password to access everything is scary. I wish a login system similar to Google could be implemented. That is only when I am there and with my iPhone, would I be allowed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep up with all my passwords as well as create and remember new ones.

It is easy to use and does all the things I expect it to.

The amount of times it makes me re verify on a device.

LastPass is a major time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use LastPass on all of my computers, browsers, and devices. I appreciate that it integrates with my Yubikey to secure my account information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it automatically fills in boxes, and that to disable that I have to edit each individual password's setting. I also find the authenticator difficult to manage - Microsoft's is more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would never be able to keep track of all the passwords I have in LastPass securely everywhere as I can with LastPass. I also use the secure note feature to keep track of non-password information.
