Great passowrd keeper
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and get new non-tech savvy employees to use too. It will automatically save your passwords with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soemtimes have to login but other than that it's a great tool to store personal confidential information.

like LastPass best for its seamless autofill across devices, strong encryption, user-friendly interface for simple password management, secure sharing, and robust features for both personal (family plans) and business (SSO, reporting) use, making complex digital security manageable with a single master password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes about LastPass center on significant security breaches (especially the 2022 incident where vaults were accessed), poor and inaccessible customer support, inconsistent autofill/saving performance, frequent login/sync issues, and frustrations with the user experience,

LastPass solves the problem of managing numerous complex passwords by securely storing, generating, and autofilling them, benefiting users with enhanced security (strong, unique passwords), convenience (no more resets/sticky notes), and streamlined access across devices, while also offering advanced features for teams like secure sharing and business oversight

I find LastPass easy to use and convenient for keeping my passwords safe. It eliminates the need to remember every login, which solves my problem of password memory and prevents the repetitive use of the same password. I appreciate that LastPass pops up at login pages to retrieve passwords for me, which makes it really user-friendly. The initial setup was super simple as well.

What I like best about LastPass is how simple and reliable it makes password management. It saves time by auto-filling logins across devices, generates strong passwords so you don’t have to think about security every time, and keeps everything organized in one place. Once it’s set up, it just quietly works in the background—which is exactly what you want from a tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LastPass is the security incidents in the past, which hurt trust for a product built around protecting data. It can also feel slow or buggy at times, especially with browser extensions, and some useful features have been moved behind the paid plan, which frustrates long-time users. Overall, it works, but those issues make you think twice about relying on it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of remembering and managing dozens of passwords across different sites. Instead of reusing weak passwords or forgetting them, it stores everything securely and fills them in automatically. That benefits me by saving time, reducing login friction, and improving security with strong, unique passwords—so I don’t have to think about passwords at all in day-to-day use.
Excellent Tool with Seamless Keyword Search
What do you like best about the product?
The Mac LastPass app has improved over time, and I now find myself using it more frequently than the web extension. However, for it to function correctly, you need to have it enabled in Safari.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web extension occasionally freezes when I try to search for a keyword within the Vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There’s no longer a need to keep an Excel sheet for passwords or to divide them up among the team. With this, it’s easy to share passwords with other team members across the company, keeping everything in one centralized place. It even allows you to save MFA tokens for shared logins, which is really convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how LastPass helps me manage my passwords easily. It securely stores all my passwords on its server, saving me the hassle of remembering them. I also find it valuable for remembering multiple passwords and 2FA OTPs, randomly generating new unique passwords, and using the autofill feature for logging into various websites. I found the initial setup of LastPass to be very easy and straightforward. Overall, I'm quite satisfied as I rated it a 9 out of 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think LastPass should invest more in security and audits because a past breach impacted my confidence, although none of my accounts were compromised. Also, the autofill feature could be improved.

I use LastPass to store and manage my emails and passwords, which helps me remember multiple passwords and 2FA OTPs, generate unique passwords, and log in using the autofill feature.

I like that LastPass allows me to manage both passwords and payment cards effectively. It helps me generate strong and unique passwords for every site, and I appreciate how I can access them quickly across numerous devices. The ease of accessing my passwords on several devices is something I find particularly useful. Additionally, the initial setup of LastPass was extremely easy, which I found to be a great aspect of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't work well with apps on mobile devices. Instead of filling out the sign-in page, I often need to open LastPass, look up the app name, copy the info, then go back and paste it into the app.

LastPass allows me to create strong, unique passwords for every site and access them quickly across devices.
