Super Convenient across multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I have various electronic devices from Android, Apple and PC's. Last Pass is super convenient to use across all of my devices no matter where I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to shut it off to log into some places. It will sometimes try to auto fill on access codes etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to find my passwords and access notes when needed without trying to remember the password or login name
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the phone app, it's a godsend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few complaints to be fair. I've never had an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the owner of a small business I have to have lots of suppliers and customers sites available quickly to me, and Last Pass works seamlessly across all my devices.
Trustworthy, simple interface and no bad experiences
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automatic entry of passwords into browsers. Couldn't live without this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything too bad. Be nicer if my phone stayed logged in for more but I haven't checked out why that is and I can understand why not security wise.

Helps me share passwords with colleagues and puts them into my browser for me automatically.

Unfortunate data breach, this was corrected.

Solving any questions via customer support promptly addressed. Data to be secure in one location.
Great product - always consistently delivered
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using LastPass for a while now, and it’s become one of the tools I rely on daily. It makes managing passwords effortless — no more struggling to remember dozens of logins or reusing the same weak password everywhere. I especially like how seamless it is across devices: whether I’m on my phone or computer, everything syncs smoothly. The auto-fill feature is fast and accurate, and the built-in password generator means I can always use strong, unique passwords without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a little clunky at times, and it’s not always intuitive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass does exactly what it promises: it keeps my online life secure and organized. Despite the small drawbacks, it’s still a 10/10 for me because of the peace of mind it provides.
Takes the pain out of password security
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automatically have passwords remembered and filled out using multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found is trying to remember the Master Password I have se.

No longer need to have complex passwords written on paper. Much safer/secure method of password administration.

So easy to use, saved me so much time. Great security and features, love how I can use it across all my devices and with my family

Sometimes doesn’t pre fill, can’t create passwords to save on phone

Having to store my passwords in a less secure way
LastPass works very well for saving passwords and having the browser plugin auto fill logins.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The Vault is easy to search. The sharing with other users feature is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if LastPass supported passkeys.

Keeping track of my logins with usernames and passwords.
Peace of Mind After Scam Attack
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to go to one place for all my passwords, not only is it secure but it is also user friendly with the auto fill, easy to navigate the site on the web or on my mobile device. I recommend it to friends, family and co-workers as a tool that should be considered to keep information easy to access but secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The master password makes me nervous, I always worry about being locked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve my ability to get locked out of sites from lack of password management or memory.
