Best feature set, great across platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is having it everywhere: my phone, my tablets, my desktop, my laptop. I’m never without a necessary password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the change of MacOS apps, I occasionally have trouble with it in Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply would not be possible to manage the proliferation of passwords these days without a good manager. The ability to store all kinds of other sensitive information in there is a huge advantage.

Enterprise features, easy to manage and use.

It become slow when to have a big database of passwords

Good team management tools - easy to grant permissions only to team members that need them.

Credentials that someone "shares" with you don't update on your end if they update them on their end.

Managing thousands of passwords across our team; in the "olden" days, this was done with a highly secure (smirk) shared spreadsheet on a sharepoint server...glad those days are behind us.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation, cost effectiveness and use across platforms for MFA and password compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to reset MFA and change out users at staff turnover.

Password Generator, Passwords not being saved locally or on browsers and MFA being enabled
Reliable password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage. Also it's a plus that I can connect my personal LastPass account to my LastPass Team account. Using LastPass is easy when adding the extension to your preferred browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the master password (after the set period) can be a hassle and a bit stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass improves data security for our organisation, and staff always have all login information at hand.
Great product for everything it does

Its simplicity and the ability to have 2fa codes now in it as well

sometimes SSO has slight issues sending welcome email

The ability for all staff members to be saving longer passwords and random ones making the business more secure
LastPass Overall is a Good Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass every day for both personal and business use. I like how easy the user interface is to use. The integration with browsers works really well, filling in passwords, managing multiple logins for a single website, and offering to add new passwords or update existing ones when a new login/password is created. Sharing passwords with my colleagues is a really nice feature and allows us to better manage our IT assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have both a personal account and a business account. Switching between the 2 is a pain. Recently, I have had lots of issues with the plugin for Edge. I have switched to other browsers to avoid it.

Easy to use and implement into multiple browsers. Admin is simple are works great.

Life saving software
What do you like best about the product?
I represent a web development agency, in some days we have to use hundreds of credentials for various platforms, portals and interfaces. Having all those handy and keeping them secure was a real challenge before using LastPass, about 7 years ago. All your credentials, credit cards or secure notes are safe and handy on any device, any OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autocomplete doesn't always work well on all platforms
