LastPass: Secure Password Manager for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass keeps all my passwords safe in one place and works across my devices. The interface is clean and simple, so saving and retrieving passwords takes seconds. Autofill works well in browsers and mobile apps, which speeds up logins. My frequency of use is high since I use it daily for both personal and work accounts. It integrates smoothly with browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which keeps my workflow fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup was slightly time-consuming, especially setting up multi-factor authentication. Customer support is helpful but can be slow to respond. Sometimes the autofill feature does not trigger on certain apps, requiring manual copy-paste. The number of features is good, but the settings menu can feel cluttered for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to store and organize all my login credentials securely. I also use it to generate strong random passwords and share login access with teammates without revealing the actual password.

What do you like best about the product?
LasatPass is easy to use and keeps my passwords organized, something I never could manage before. I use it every day and every day I'm grateful for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access your passwords from anywhere once you complete the verfication process. The simple interface allowing you to edit and change passwords when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asking if you would like to save site information after you said no. I wish there was an option to turn this feature on and off at will.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for password security by eliminating the need to write passwords down or keep them on a spreadsheet.
Easy, reliable and secure
What do you like best about the product?
Last pass is so easy to use I have my elderly parents using it successfully. I like that for most Android Apps and desktop websites, Lastpass can auto-fill with ease. I've been with this product for years now and had no issues or breaches that affected me in any way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a dislike. There are a very small handful of apps that don't auto-fill, like gambling apps. I think the app security is just to tight. Not LastPass's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have extremely random and complicated passwords that differ through all my many logins, and I only need to remember the one complex LastPass password.
Last pass is a great security assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the ability to share passwords, the password generator, storage and the authenticator. We have the family version so all of us can use it. I keep the app on my phone and I have it on my laptop
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a bit to login on my phone if I get logged out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my password strength high. allows me to story different passwords for each site so I have no password duplication, and it keeps all my MFA in one place
Super Convenient across multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I have various electronic devices from Android, Apple and PC's. Last Pass is super convenient to use across all of my devices no matter where I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to shut it off to log into some places. It will sometimes try to auto fill on access codes etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to find my passwords and access notes when needed without trying to remember the password or login name

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the phone app, it's a godsend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few complaints to be fair. I've never had an issue.

As the owner of a small business I have to have lots of suppliers and customers sites available quickly to me, and Last Pass works seamlessly across all my devices.
Trustworthy, simple interface and no bad experiences
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automatic entry of passwords into browsers. Couldn't live without this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything too bad. Be nicer if my phone stayed logged in for more but I haven't checked out why that is and I can understand why not security wise.

Helps me share passwords with colleagues and puts them into my browser for me automatically.

Great product - always consistently delivered
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using LastPass for a while now, and it’s become one of the tools I rely on daily. It makes managing passwords effortless — no more struggling to remember dozens of logins or reusing the same weak password everywhere. I especially like how seamless it is across devices: whether I’m on my phone or computer, everything syncs smoothly. The auto-fill feature is fast and accurate, and the built-in password generator means I can always use strong, unique passwords without hassle.

The interface can feel a little clunky at times, and it’s not always intuitive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass does exactly what it promises: it keeps my online life secure and organized. Despite the small drawbacks, it’s still a 10/10 for me because of the peace of mind it provides.
